  • Escape to the slopes and experience majestic mountain views at this home. It has a ski room with a boot heater and a washer/dryer. You'll even have access to a shared hot tub! Skiers, hikers, and people just looking to get away will love that this retreat is just a 40-yard walk to Eagle Lodge's primary run. Enjoy stunning views of the Sherwin Mountains, the town of Mammoth Lakes, and the valley down to Crowley Lake on your walk. This property also has access to mountain biking and hiking, as well as easy access to the lake's basin, making this condo ideal for year-round fun! Shop at many different boutiques and plazas, or indulge in a variety of culinary options with over 60 restaurants and pubs to choose from. When you vacation in the heart of California's Eastern Sierra Nevada mountain range, you'll have access to many outdoor activities as well.

    The entrance to this property is on the ground floor. Upstairs, the first floor features the living and dining areas, a kitchen, and the main bath. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace in the living room, or watch a movie on the 52-inch TV with surround sound and a DVD player. Surf the internet and check emails with complimentary WiFi.

    Keep cool in the summer with a ceiling fan in the living area and floor fans in each bedroom. Enjoy preparing meals or snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, boasting lovely granite countertops, modern fixtures, and high-end appliances.

Hot tub was directly underneath the unit so very convenient, especially since it’s cold outside. A true ski in / ski out luxury amenity elevates any ski trip. Would definitely recommend especially for the price. Great value.

I loved the location, very cute inside, and the mountain breeze during the summer is amazing!! We saw so much wildlife from our balcony. I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else!

Another excellent stay

IKONic ski trip at Mammoth

Perfectly located, just off the trail, condo, that provides us with all essentials! Beds were comfy, kitchen filled with all necessary gigs, bathrooms were spotless. Indoor parking was extremely beneficial during this madness snowstorm.

Greatest time!

I can’t get over how incredible this trip was. A lot had to do with our incredible stay. Parking was perfect right under us in a garage and the ski in and out was 100% walking distance. Inside was cozy and clean. I will 1000% stay agai.

Perfect ski on/off location

This unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, all appliances in unit are great. It’s a 50yard walk to the slopes, even with low snow coverage it was so easy to walk out and ski down to the lift. We would definitely book this again!

Nice condo with amazing view

House has a beautiful view. The kitchen amenities were the best in any vacation rental we have been to. One minus is we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner in the rooms. The previous people had set it 85F , so it was pretty hot our first night.

What a great place to stay for 4 days! We had to make the best of the Inyo Forest closure by exploring areas outside the forest and this was the perfect home base. Beautiful view, easily accessible to food, groceries and the like. Great patch of grass for the kids to throw a baseball and kick a soccer ball. And the hot tub was a big plus for the kids. Home was impeccably clean, had everything we needed. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great location close to the village with an amazing view!

We’d definitely stay here again, only thing to be mindful of is the fact t it has no air conditioning and if it’s warm it’s a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Overall awesome place to stay.

We Keep Coming Back

We’ve stayed at Eagle Run many times over the years, but this is our first time at 206 and probably our best stay ever. The condo is even better than it shows in pictures. It’s cozy and nicely decorated. Beds are good and bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy good meals while in the mountains including a Wolf induction oven, crock pot, espresso machine, blender, nice pots and pans, plenty of dishes, etc. The living room has a large sectional that is perfect for hanging out after a long day of skiing. If you’re a TV person, there are TVs in every bedroom plus the living room. The ski/boot mud room at the entry is great. The views to the eastern mountains are lovely and make for wonderful sunrises. A short walk up the path and you are right on the Eagle Lodge ski run and ready to venture off to any part of the mountain. It’s also super easy to come back for lunch, which was especially useful during COVID. The underground parking garage is really convenient, especially if you have only one car in your group. We’d definitely come back to 206 again!
