The condo was large and had pretty much everything we could possible think of. The kitchen had everything for my coffee snob husband and enough dishes so we weren't washing them all the time. The pans were great to cook with too. The couches were comfy and the TV was large. The only downside was the bathroom shower was super slippery. A few stickers on the bottom of the tub could easily solve that. Also the jacuzzi/hot tub was closed for repairs the first 3 days of our stay.

Fun Multi-Generational Stay in the heart of Mammoth!

We had a great week in this condo-- the location was the perfect jumping off point for grandparent-grandson hiking and fishing excursions! The loft had fans that kept things cool at night for me and the 2 teens (age 13 & 15) and we appreciated having our own full bathroom upstairs in the loft. My parents (active 80 yr olds) appreciated having the downstairs bedroom and bath on the same level as the living room, kitchen and dining room. We had a little snafu with the front door entrance code at check in, but the property managers were easy to reach and were very attentive (many thanks!). I wish the listing had explicitly said the condo entrance was on the 2nd story. I had tried to book a place on the ground level so my parents wouldn't have to climb stairs, so I was a bit surprised to discover we were on the 2nd story (the listing mentions "not handicap accessible"). They were golden once in the condo and they navigated the outside flight of stairs alright- we were grateful for good handrails! Mentioning that the entrance is one flight up may be helpful to future guests. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and the tennis courts a lot!

Great Place

Three dads and three boys (8-10) stayed here the night before our backpacking trip in the mammoth area. Nice, clean, spacious living room/kitchen/dining area for cards/tv/drinks. The loft was really cool. Close to breakfast, coffee shop, and grocery store. 10/10.

Great rental

We rented this unit while we were in mammoth for a wedding. The pictures online are very accurate except for the loft (maybe it was just us) but I thought the loft only had a queen and a twin, it actually has a queen and two twins which makes it a little cramped. The shower in the loft also needs some TLC. The only other con was floors were not really clean. I have a baby who is currently crawling and after being on the floor for 5 minutes he was filthy, so that was a bit of a bummer. But other than that everything else was really great! The TV has lots of movies and entertainment, it is decorated very well and the downstairs bedroom is a great size with a big bed! You are also super close to tons of shops and restaurants. Overall it was a great rental and we would stay again (we would just ask for a once over on the floors).

Excellent Stay

This is an ideal stay for a family trip. High attention to detail, no challenges. Very clean. Central location if you don’t need to be near the village. Very well furnished. Only complaint is we couldn’t find the placemats, but it was very minor.
