The Space:

Settle into a comfortable alpine condo designed for easy mountain days and cozy nights. With two bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms, the layout works well for families or a small group of friends. The living area offers space to relax after a day on the slopes or trails, and the kitchen makes simple meals at home a breeze. A gated setting adds peace of mind, and a sauna is available when it’s time to unwind. Entertainment is low-key and relaxing with a DVD player on hand—bring your favorite movies for a nostalgic night in.

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and may be spotty at times.

• Stairs: Stairs are required within the home. Please see photos for details.

• Gated access: This is a gated complex; access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

Yes, but w all if the ads by Vrdo after I booked, I couldnt find the most important email on the important email of map to unit, parking of carsthe most current wifi (different from the laminated refridgerator plaquard from Vrdo) codes, for hot tub etc. I will opt out of these emails as I only go 4 times a year to ski.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mammoth Snowcreek IV. We arrived at the tail end of a snowy day, and were thrilled to find such a comfortable condo. The condo was super clean, and well equipped. We cooked a couple of our meals in, and found the kitchen to have everything we needed. Well, except a vegetable peeler, but everything else we needed we found. There were plenty of dishes and cooking pans so we weren't constantly having to hand wash, or run the dishwasher.We found the beds comfortable and got great sleep. My daughter particularly liked the UGG bedding on the twin beds. Nice and cozy. The view out the balcony was great as we watched the sun rise on the snow each morning. We brought firewood and did make a fire in the fireplace each night and and found the couches cozy to curl up on at the end of the day.The only trouble we had was finding the condo initially. The building numbers are fairly small and this building's back faces the parking. So you have to enter between the building with the higher #'s next door, which was difficult since there was fresh snow and the walkway was nearly invisible. I was glad to have read a review that said something about the entrance being in the center by the creek. The only other thing to be aware of is the spa towels have to be picked up in town at the management office. Next time we'll just pack a couple pool towels.We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. It was clearly a loved condo.

Relaxing setting!

Wonderful property. The balcony overlooks Mammoth Creek that provides a soothing sound that pulls the stresses of life out of your mind and carries them away. The condo is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this facility.

Great mountain views and mammoth creek right in front of the unit!

Took my family to mammoth to do some skiing. Snowcreek is my go to place to stay. This unit is in snowcreek 4 and the creek runs right in front of the unit. Beautiful! The unit was nice, well stocked and had plenty of space. I will look to stay at this condo again in the future.

Nice place for a family

Loved this condo. Great view of the mountains and close to the village and shopping. The creek is right outside and it's so quiet and restful. Condo is well stocked with bedding, kitchen items. Heater works very well!

First time in Mammoth for my family and I. We had such a wonderful stay. The place was warm, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The host was very responsive. It was easy for us to get into the upstairs unit. Great views. Location was near the resort and town.

Great Mammoth Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family at four. The only drawback which is minor, is they do not leave you any firewood so we had to go out and buy our own. We have rented a lot of condos in Mammoth and this was a first. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Comfortable spacious unit

View of the creek

This was a cozy place for our family to take our family trip! We’ve stayed in snow creek before but this condo has a view of the creek from the large living room windows. It’s very peaceful. The loft is very spacious as well.

Great location!

We loved this rental. It was very centrally located near skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. Outside our rental was a little area where the kids built snowmen and threw snowballs and a quaint little creek. This complex was perfect for a little night stroll around the block. The inside itself is a little dated, but it had everything that we wanted and needed. It was spacious for our family of 6 and the family pet! We loved the extra bed in the loft also. Check in was a breeze and everyone was really friendly. My husband wants to definitely come back and stay here.

Clean and warm home

We had a lovely stay! The condo was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed (plus a real fire place which is fun in the snow!). Short drive to the mountains and downtown Mammoth. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Smoke!

This wasn't VRBO's fault or the property owner .. but the smoke was so bad I had to leave early. One other (not so good note). There was some remodeling in the unit below me for 4 days. Very noisy. Also, the bed in the MBR was very work and saggy. The location was great.
