Summary:

Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus loft condominium sleeps up to 7 and puts you near the Red Line shuttle, meadow and creek trails, and year-round community amenities.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable condo designed for easy mountain getaways in every season. The open-concept living area features a cozy woodstove (firewood provided) and a large sectional for movie nights on the flat-screen TV. Step out to the balcony for fresh alpine air and partial mountain views.

A well-equipped kitchen makes meal prep simple, with a built-in breakfast bar for casual bites and a dining table for six to gather. Stay connected with WiFi, and pack light thanks to the in-home washer and dryer.



When it’s time to unwind, two private bedrooms and an upstairs loft offer flexible sleeping options—great for families or friends traveling together.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis. No designated spots.

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home to access the loft. Please see photos.

• Shuttle access: The Red Line shuttle stop is about a 5–10 minute walk from the condo on Minaret Road and runs to the • Village and Main Lodge year-round. Eagle Lodge is a short drive.

• Community amenities: The Snowcreek complex offers a year-round Jacuzzi and dry sauna.

• Snowcreek Athletic Club: Nearby day passes are available for purchase (approx. $25/adult, $15/child; subject to change). Access typically includes the gym, trampoline rooms, racquetball, indoor pool, outdoor pool (spring/summer), spa, outdoor tennis courts (spring/summer), and The Bistro East Restaurant.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply.

• Ski operations: Resort policies and ticketing may change; please check the ski resorts’ websites before your trip. We’re not able to provide refunds for resort reservation or ticket limitations.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Everything okay with the fireplace, for a little while we got a lot of smoke inside, so we decide to keep the fireplace doors close, we loved this place, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. We want to go back already 👌

Our first issue was accessing the condo. The code did not work. The young lady on the phone was trying to be helpful and was most pleasant but finally had to send someone out. We were standing outside in the cold and finally decided to wait in the car as it took 30 minutes for us to finally get in. . The inside door molding appears to have been broken previously, so that says to me this is an ongoing issue. Someone very strong could probably just push the bolt straight through and I did not feel safe. The shower and tub areas were dirty in both bathrooms. They were no basket, coffee filters, just the plastic bag they came in. I went and out and bought some and left them for the next poor renter. There were only limited glasses to use in the kitchen. A few 2 ounce glasses, 16 ounce glass and 110 ounce glass. All the rest were wine glasses, which we didn’t need.

House was wonderful. Cozy. Large! Well stocked. Great location. The fireplace was the highlight - and came well stocked with wood and Firestarter. We did have a very unpleasant check-in though. The door lock did not open when using the provided door code. We were given a back up that worked - until the next day when we were again locked out! Maintenance had to bring us a key. Seemed like the Management company hardly cared that we were bothered. Not fun standing in the cold unable to get in to this place, twice!

Very nice condo . We have stayed here twice . Nice an big . Had a problem with coffee maker . Part that drips water on coffee grounds was in water reservoir. Put in right spot n coffee maker worked fine .

The condo was located in a very scenic location in Mammoth. Even though the facility appliances and bathrooms were not updated, the condo was very clean and nicely decorated with a rustic mountain feel. I put the property on my future go to list.

Mammoth is beautiful in the Fall. The condo was clean, and comfortable but could use some updating. We had an issue with a shower door and the Grand Welcome team was amazing and attentive. They showed up immediately and fixed our issue. We were very impressed. Overall, we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

The property was just as expected and described. It was not our first time at Snow Creek, we really like the setup of the complex. Close enough to town to walk yet far enough to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains. The property management personnel was amazing, immediate response to questions and very friendly. We are already planning a return visit in January.

Great spot in Snowcreek on the redline!

Skied the 5ft dump last weekend & hopped on the redline (2 min walk) up to the village each day! Nice hot tub & sauna at the end of the parking lot. Great living area & slept 5 very comfortably. Thanks!

Poor Property Management

The water heater and stove/oven appliance were not working upon arrival . After several texts with Grand Welcome Property Management, a maintenance worker came the next day and was able to reset water heater, however he could not repair the stove/oven. This resulted in us having to eat out the entire trip for every meal (4 adults, 3 children), after we already bought groceries. We were not offered other accommodations. The water heater went out again the next day and after several correspondences with Property Management, no worker was sent to fix it. We were without hot water the majority of our stay. Getting off the slopes after skiing in a blizzard and not being able to take a hot shower was more than inconvenient. Basic amenities were not provided. Also, the twin bed in loft had a comforter that had a very pungent mildew odor. It was so strong that our young son who slept in it smelled of it and wasn’t able to shower because the hot water was out. It was frustrating to continuously have to text and follow up on texts with property management, and it not resulting in us having basic habitable needs. We are still working on getting compensation for this stay after 2 weeks.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I tried tirelessly to get ahold of Grand Welcome during my stay and after. When I spoke to VRBO, the gentleman on the phone was absolutely no help. Some of the issues I came across during my stay included the lack of amenities as listed on the website, the lack of communication, the cleanliness and finally the lack of safe, usable furniture. On my stay my guests and I had the disservice of sleeping in a cabin that was more than likely not cleaned before us. One of my guests woke up and saw that he had slept on two pillows COVERED in blood. The blankets in the loft and downstairs smelled like they have not been washed in who knows how long. Upon arrival, there were NO trash bags or paper towels. And we were only provided with one toilet roll. For a 3 night stay, does this seem feasible? The chairs by the dining table are on the verge of breaking. It wasn’t just one or two chairs, but it was in fact, all 6. If a heavier individual were to sit on these, I can almost guarantee that they would fall apart. In the kitchen and in the downstairs guest bathroom, there are floorboards that have nails sticking out. A guest and myself both stubbed our toes and managed to have cuts on our feet due to these nails. I called Grand Welcome multiple times and they left me on hold, hung up on me and promised to bring us new clean pillows and sheets. That never happened. Stay somewhere else and save your money. This place was AWFUL

Nice area

This condo is in the nice nieghborhoods of town and comminity is clean and quiet. This condo is dated, including the furniture. Posted pictures afe decieving as the condo lacks natural light and has inadequate lighting to brighten it up. Our visit was in mid july with hotter than usual temps. The unit does not have AC and has inadequate windows to allow any outside air circulation as a result we needed to keep the front door open to create any sort of cross wind air circulation
