  • This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo is the perfect cozy retreat for your Mammoth getaway! Thoughtfully remodeled throughout, this lower-level unit features slate flooring, granite countertops, a propane fireplace, and stylish mountain décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, and the living room includes a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. TVs in every room ensure everyone can relax and enjoy their favorite shows. The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, making it easy to host family and friends for a weekend getaway. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the cozy living area by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the unit sleeps up to six guests. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This unit includes two parking passes. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for assistance with alternative arrangements and alternative options. Great Updated Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated. The only complaint I have is that the couches were saggy, and not very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Mammoth Estates numerous times in the past, and have always had a positive experience. But on this trip in unit 110 one of the bedroom heaters would not turn off so the bedroom became a sauna on the first night. Thankfully, the next night we were able to turn it down/off. Also the towel rack by the sink came out of the wall but otherwise it was a decent, clean unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is clean and remodeled. It however needs some attention almost every thing inside needs something fixed The window blinds don't work the fireplace barely has a flame The door handles are almost falling off the towel holder above the sink is falling off The toilets make dripping running noises all night long you need ear plugs to sleep here The beds aren't very comfortable I know this all sounds very negative but the place is clean and newer feeling The kitchen is nice and open with lots of space and good appliances. I wear earplugs to sleep at night because of the dripping running toilet noises and that worked just fine.

The condo has been updated but could use a few improvements to get to five stars.- TV in the living room's picture needs adjusting (despite multiple attempts, couldn't get the entire image on the screen without making it 75% of the size).- Deck railing is falling off- No chairs on patio- Floors and couches! are squeaky!

The restaurant waits were incredibly long due to COVID-19. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Great location

If your looking for a great location to the village or shuttle stops, stay at Mammoth Estates! We loved this remodeled 2 bed condo. Kitchen was awesome. Comfortable, nicely decorated, super nice Management at the front desk. Walk out the door and your where you want to be! Restaurants, skiing and shopping are all walking distance. Loved the jacuzzi too! I'll be back.

Another great stay!

We are repeat customers to this very comfortable condo and will continue to be. Unit is very clean with everything you could need to stay in Mammoth. Excellent location being so close to shops, dining and Mammoth activities. Condo is decorated exactly as shown in the photos. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillow and blankets - and towels in the bathrooms. We can't for an epic winter season.
