Remodeled Spacious Townhome, Walk to the Winter Shuttle, Ice Rink & Bowling

This 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom south-facing townhouse is centrally located in a quiet complex and features a large balcony with forest setting views perfect for hanging out and grilling up a nice dinner. The townhouse is spacious with vaulted ceilings, has had recent upgrades throughout, a huge flatscreen HDTV, cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room where there is plenty of seating for 8, and fully stocked updated kitchen. The first floor master bedroom has a King bed with updated en-suite full bathroom with stone counters and custom made cabinets, and beautiful walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. The second first floor bedroom has a Queen bed, is adjacent to a remodeled full bath and has a flatscreen TV. The upstairs loft has a set of twin bunk beds, a queen bed, ceiling fan, as well as a comfy couch for lounging, great as a family room or for all the kids to hang out. Free maximum high-speed wireless internet access and cable TV throughout. With a private deck with seating and gas BBQ grill, you can enjoy the forest setting and get grilling. The unit is located near the Sierra Star Golf Course on the free red line shuttle to the slopes, the Village take and Snowcreek Athletic Club. The green line free shuttle stop is a short walk to take you directly to the slopes at Eagle Lodge. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Woodlands complex features an outdoor pool (Summer only), jacuzzi (open year-round), sauna, and laundry facilities on-site. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, there are 3 levels inside, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Please Note: This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home. Cameras are located in the front of the home monitoring the front door. Great Winter Retreat

This is a great place for your winter retreat. The photos & description are accurate. The condo is close to stores & ski shops. The condo is clean and fully stocked with everything you need. The wood burning fireplace is toasty warm!

Awesome condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. The owners thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided and they even had shampoo and conditioner, it was like staying at a hotel. It was very clean and we loved having the balcony and grill to use. There was 3 adults and 2 teens in our group so everyone had there own space with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The area was really quiet and close to restaurants and a grocery store. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Awesome Stay for an Awesome Experience

This condo had the works! We had a family of seven people and everyone had a comfortable stay! 5 beds and 2 couches, we’re all perfectly suited for a comfortable nights rest. Amenities were great! Kitchen utilities were provided (plates, forks, paper towels, etc). Entertainment was provided as well (Disney +, Netflix, College Football). All in all, it was a great stay for a large family.

Fabulous stay

We all had a great time in this very comfortable condo. The location couldn’t have been any better, quick & easy walk to the Trolley, Vons & the very fun bowling Alley. The condo was just as described & having the bbq on the deck was very nice! Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Awesome location and home

We had a wonderful stay at this place with 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers for our annual Memorial Day snow trip. Plenty of space for everyone. 3rd bedroom was a bonus. House was very clean, and the owner really stocked up the kitchen with all the things we needed. They really paid attention to the details. Communal space was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient as it was a short distance to the strip mall and to the Village. Definitely would come back again.

Great place for a group get together!

Came up for my annual birthday weekend getaway with my family and close friends. The place was perfect for 8 people. It was comfortable and was like home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook. They had wood to light the fireplace and the place got plenty warm. Also, plenty of warm water for everyone. I would definitely stay here again. My only two complaints were that there is no place to leave your winter gear like snowboards so you have to lock them up in your car. We left our snowboard boots and shoes in the doorway and that was fine as to not ruin the carpet and that was plenty of room. My other complaint was that they only allow you two cars. When you have 8 people coming, there is going to be more than 2 cars and you are left to figure out where to park the 3rd car. I don’t like the idea of having to figure out a parking spot away from where you are staying because there is no where nearby and hope that no one breaks into your car. We did not know until we got there.

Filthy, Stained, Smelly Carpets all over the home

We paid a premium price for a 2 night stay at this home and we’re greeted by Filthy, Stained & Smelly Capeting throughput the home. Additionally the photos were misleading , the rooms and bathrooms are tiny and not well ventilated. We were here in the summer so the heat and lack of air ventilation made it difficult to get a good night rest.
