About the Space:
This spacious 2-story, 1230 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2.25 bath, home has been given the utmost attention to detail to delight your senses and give you a true mountain vacation. Wake up to sounds of nature, natural light, and gorgeous forest views from the huge windows.

This home is clean and fresh with an open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and a modern mountain feel. There is a spacious living room, with a comfortable pull-out couch, large TV, forced air heating (nest system) and wood burning fireplace to keep you cozy and warm. Off the living space is a private porch and outdoor seating area for a serene scenic environment. The updated kitchen has updated appliances and is fully stocked – perfect for preparing a delicious meal. Off the upstairs main living area is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor with one shared full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a king bed with newer mattress, dressers and a closet. The primary bedroom has it's own ensuite vanity located between the shared bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, dressers and closet space. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower.

There is in-unit laundry, as well as an in-unit ski closet to keep all of your gear safe, warm, and ready to go.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Meadow Ridge. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal) and tennis courts (seasonal – bring your own racquets!).

There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – parking located in common parking area directly in front of the unit.
