Welcome to Lodges 1132, a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, sleeping 10. Discover beauty and adventure during every season, with days of skiing, hiking, biking, and savoring the local charm of downtown. Guests of this pet-friendly property will love the private decks, wood-burning fireplace, and access to the community hot tub.

The bottom level hosts comfy sleeping accommodations, including a guest bedroom with 2 full beds and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed—both feature private bathrooms and outdoor access. A convenient washer and dryer on this floor keep active gear ready for adventure.

On the main floor, a spacious, 2-story great room welcomes guests with modern mountain decor, hardwood floors, and a stacked stone fireplace. The deck is accessed through the dining area, where a formal wood table seats 8 for sit-down meals. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air at the table for 4.

Above the great room, find a sunny loft.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage. A free town shuttle stop offers easy access to skiing at Mammoth Mountain and restaurants, shops, and entertainment downtown. For skiing, visit Mammoth Mountain’s Eagle Lodge (6 minutes), Canyon Lodge (9 minutes), or Main Lodge (13 minutes).

Place was amazing!

We had a great time at the property and would stay there again. The kitchen was well stocked and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The place was clean but the cleaning crew could have put a little more time into the floors and sinks. The washing machine went into error cycle and needed to be started twice each time you did a load. This was not a big deal but wanted to let the owner know. Overall, we were extremely happy there.

Family Getaway

We had 4 adults and a 3 1/2 year old. The spacious condo allowed for all to be comfortable and have our own space (and more!). Loved that there were 4 1/2 bathrooms so we all had our own. We appreciated the cleanliness as well.

Excellent vacation stay

We loved the amenities of the home for 6 adults, 2 kids and our dog for a short fishing trip. The kitchen and decor was new and modern. We enjoyed the proximity to the lakes and local activities (ie bike park). We loved the little toiletries provided in the bathroom and in the kitchen. The property management was quick to reply during our stay with any questions too. Overall, a great trip and experience.

Celebration of life, family vacation

We met to celebrate the life of my husband. The house was a wonderful gathering spot for those even not staying with us. The many bathrooms were a plus as everyone had their on desires to come and go as they wished. 10 days of bliss in an area the kids spent growing up. It felt like home. Thank you for offering the accommodations!

Mammoth lodges

The property was just as described in the listing. Overall excellent stay with the exception that the kitchen drawers were broken when we arrived. I called the property manager and he sent someone right away to fix them. However, they needed to order parts so the drawers were on the kitchen counter during our stay. Great location and ideal for bringing your dogs.

Fall getaway

This is a very comfortable townhouse in a beautiful area, close to hiking and town etc. One mis-representation is the bedroom arrangement: one room has a king bed, one room has two double beds, and one room has a queen with a bunkbed over it--hard to climb over your spouse to get out. Also, we paid a fairly hefty fee for our dog, only to find out that the carpet in at least one of the bedrooms already has lots of soil spots from previous pets. I expected a cleaner carpet given the pet fee. The condo has a great main room though for preparing and enjoying meals.

Great place for family getaway

This condo is in a great location and has a lot of space for a bigger group. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space to hang out. Kitchen is also well stocked and the half bath off of the living room is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
