Preparar una comida gourmet en la cocina espaciosa o curl por un incendio de invierno en la acogedora sala de estar y disfrutar de una vista espectacular de la cresta de Mammoth. Unidad incluso viene con Wi-Fi gratuita y lavadora / secadora privada !! Tiendas, cines y restaurantes están a poca distancia a pie y convenientemente situado en la ruta de transporte de línea Mammoth Mountain Roja. Un spa, sauna y lavandería completan este lado de la montaña, parte apacible. Wonderful!

Really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was well stocked, the entire cabin was very cozy, and the jacuzzi, just a few feet away, was splendid.

Beautiful Country

Such a gorgeous part of California! +=central location, responsive property manger, spacious, kitchen well equipped. -=upstairs bath not super clean, shower curtain smelled, not convenient to check in/out separate location, door jam for front door was completely busted from inside, definitely a safety issue. We chose not to tell management until we left but def needs to be fixed/secured asap.

Broken deck

I planned this trip for a group and unfortunately to our surprise the place was under construction. I thought it was the wrong location at first, but it wasn’t. The listing didn’t disclose that the deck was under construction. There was caution tape over the windows and plywood blocking the sliding glass doors making the rooms very dark. Needless to say it was not aesthetically pleasing nor safe. The deck was completely sideways and crushing its beams. The walls inside showed the damage as well. If I could attach photos to my review I would. The HOA and neighbors even told us to file a complaint with the city as to how unsafe it was. I wouldn’t be this upset if they had just disclosed this issue ahead of time. But I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew. On top of this, it has been a headache trying to communicate with management. The mammoth reservations forwards everything and i havent gotten any real person to address my concerns. I am requesting some type of refund but they claim it is not their responsibility and that my concerns will be forwarded. To whom it’s unclear. I would not recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a stint on the slopes

We stayed here as a family of four plus a family of three, and the place worked really well for us all. There were three proper bedrooms - so many places have a third "loft" bedroom but this had three discrete rooms - which was ideal as the kids all bunked in together. The kitchen was very well decked out, beds big and comfortable and the showers nice and warm. Also super close to the outdoor hot tub which was a win! We would definitely stay here again.

Super Happy!

My family and I are completely satisfied with this place! everything in the house was working perfect, especially the heaters, that made our stay nice and cozy. More than enough cooking utensils, enough pots and pans to cook for a whole restaurant. I will give props to the manager of the property, MVP!! I had an issue with the parking spaces that where being occupied by the neighbors. I had asked the neighbors if those where our parking spaces but they claimed that those where theirs, no big deal, later on I called the manager to just ask where our spaces where located. The manager answered right away it was already like 8pm but he said he was out of the property and will stop by and take care of it. LITTLE DID I KNOW!!!!! he comes by in around 20 minutes and starts knocking on all the neighbors doors to move their cars out the way to accommodate our cars (2) ! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS STAY Looking forward to stay here again!

Mammoth summer visit

The house was very clean and well stocked. We we're group of 4 adults, 2 kids and an infant, the house was spacey enough for all of us. The HOA spa is well mantained and close by to the unit. Our reservation included free entrance to snow creek athletic club, it was great. Overall the place was great.. the only issue I had was with checkin/ checkout- The listing say checkin is 5 pm... I didn't notice it while booking. When they say 5pm they mean it :-), this was the first time I was able to checkin only so late, even with covid cleaning regulations. For checkin checkout you have to drive to an office. That is not too bad, but maybe it's time to move to code lock? Or some more advanced method :-) .

Nice condo in Mammoth

We enjoyed the space and found the location to be very convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked and the layout was comfortable. Location was convenient to town and to the mountain and lakes. The only complaint was the wifi, which despite numerous restarts we couldn't get to work consistently/reliably.

Great for families

The townhouse was just as listed. Its a bit dated but clean. All beds were comfortable and nice place to stay with a large family. I requested a late checkout via the VRBO website and never got a reply back. I also downloaded they hospitality app they use and asked about additional dishwasher shop since we only had enough for 1 load. I ended up calling them since I got no response from my 2nd email. They were kind enough to give us enough for our stay. If the unit is large enough for 10 figured it would have sufficient dishwasher soap and it was not listed on the items to bring. Overall my family enjoyed the place.

This condo is okay but good location.

The condo is dated but location is good and quiet. The condo was generally clean, however there were several stains on the carpet. We were there with young children so the main appeal for us is that the condo is within walking distance of the park and creek. It would have been nice if there were a back gate for park access. The neighboring condo has one. We had to walk via the street which made the trip twice as far. Grass area outside the master bedroom & near the pool is nice for the children. Pool is nice & convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pot & pan, etc. However, consumables are very sparse throughout the condo, for example : no plastic kitchen wrap, no facial tissue in bathrooms, no kitchen napkins. These have been standard items in other condos we have rented. Trash can in the kitchen is very small, however it has large bags in it. Not very usable. I also prefer condos with combination locks. This one has key pickup/drop off at a different location. Not a huge deal but just not as convenient.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We spent a long weekend here. WE had a fairly large group, two couples, and a group of single women, so this property was perfectly suited to our needs. The two rooms with double beds downstairs with a bath to share, and then the bunk beds upstairs with the bath for sharing was perfect. It is also right on the trolley line. Basically the trolly is right outside the condo, so that was really handy. It is also in a great location with walking distance to Vons, Black Doubt brewery, and several other eating locations. You really can't beat the location. The only issue we had was there was "wireless," but none of us could gain access. In this day and age, I think it is super important a working wireless connection is essential. I real other people had issue with this, and I would think they would fix this. I've stayed at numerous properties in Mammoth with no issue with a connection. Also, I had read about the oven not working, and sure enough, the oven is still not working. We were wanting to make some appetizers, but we couldn't, due to an unusable oven. All in all, we very much enjoyed our condo and especially the location, but I really think they need to get the wireless and oven issues fixed.

A solid place that could use a little TLC

This was a solid place. Great location (close to Vons, restaurants, and of course the slopes!). All the furniture and amenities needed for 2 families to eat, relax at the end of the day, and get a good night's sleep! It was nice to sit in front of fire (from the pellet-burning stove), and great to have the 2 parking spots right in front of the property. A few things to note: - Prior reviews mentioned the oven not working. We assumed it would be fixed by this point and didn't check on it in advance. When we arrived the first night with our frozen pizzas from Vons, the oven wasn't working. We ended up cooking our pizzas on the stovetop. We called the rental agency's emergency number, and they sent someone the next day to fix it. But maybe the oven needs to be replaced if it's not working reliably? - All contact was through the rental agency (Mammoth Sierra). They were responsive about repairs if we called the emergency line (as we did about the oven), but did not respond if we left a message on the general guest service number (which we did to ask for replacement light bulbs and to report minor leaking in the bathroom). - The kitchen and dining area were a little dim at night. This might have been due to two light bulbs that were out. We called the rental agency to get them replaced, but did not get a response. - The bedding in the downstairs bedrooms (queen bed and king bed) was a bit worn. - There were small touches that would have made a difference. For example, instead of providing a real sponge for washing dishes, they provided a disposable wipe-cloth.

Even though WiFi was available server did not ever make a connection- therefore could not receive emails ir make an internet connection. Only one Kitchen towel is not sufficient. Oven did not work either. Otherwise it was great
