Walk to Eagle Lodge! This unit is located in phase 1 of the Summit in the Emerson building. Nicely furnished 1bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium with cozy gas fireplace; sleeps up to 4. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a single sleeper chair and a queen sofa sleeper. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"), and offers WiFi internet access in unit. Located on the green shuttle route. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I had a wonderful stay...but when I tried to contact the mangement company, Mammoth Resevations, to inquire about a possible refund for an unused first night due to a record storm shutting down the airports in Hawaii where I live. I was told to leave a written request on there web site which, I did twice, with no response. Other than that, the rental was great for my son and I. The hot tube was really nice and uncrowded. The condo was reasonably well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. It was an easy walk of about 200 yards the the Eagle lift so very convienient. You don't even need to wait for the shuttle which was awesome!.

There was NO bedding for the sleeper sofa and insufficient number for pillows for 4 persons. The cleaning crew left dirty items in the cabinets and were extremely rude upon checkout blocking my parkings space despite me having asked reservations that it is ok to leave the car in the parking space while skiing. We checked out at at 9:30am and I called the reservations folks offering to bring the keys.

Mammoth stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property location was perfect! Walking distance to the lifts! It was so easy to walk out the door and get to the lifts. The underground parking was key. Added bonus was washer and dryer on same floor. The bed was very comfortable as well as the rest of the apartment. The complex had a gym and sauna and hot tub. We did not use the hot tub or sauna but did use the gym. We would be happy to stay again here.

Perfect Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to rest and reset. Unfortunately, the bed and pull out couch were not that comfy, but we had a great time nonetheless. It was close to nearby shops, restaurants, and within short travel to some great hikes.

Mammoth condo

Excellent location within walking distance to eagle lodge. Condo was well stocked other than no queen sheets for the pull out bed which management company helped with but didn't have them for the first night as it was too late when we discovered the issue. The public Jacuzzi was nice and not a far walk. The only thing I would recommend is getting electronic locks so when checking out you don't have to drive to the office to return the key before hitting the slopes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Mammoth Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, well located, and easy check-in. The only drawback was the bed and pillows are not comfortable whatsoever, please upgrade for our next trip as we'd love to come back!

Quick trip

Upon entry it smelled as if it hadn’t been opened in months so a bit concerned about cleanliness. Opened the skidding room and smell went away. The pullout bed in the living room had hair from previous occupants so ask for clean sheets and pillows.

Good value!

This is the first time I've stayed in this area of Mammoth. The place was the same price of Shilo Inn and motel 6 when i booked it. Only wish the tv was a smart tv or had a streaming device to watch YouTube. The tv did have apps for prime video and netflix but there is no app for YouTube to download on this tv. Not a huge deal by any means because i only watched tv for an hour or two.

Cozy Mountain Vibe

Thank you for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. The place was cozy, well appointed, and had perfectly cohesive mountainside decor. The location can’t be beat… walking distance to chair 15/ Eagle lodge. Can’t wait to return to Summit #3.

Fantastic - will book again!!

This property is as advertised. Very well stocked and organized. Location is convenient. Nice and clean, incredibly cozy! Property was much quieter than we expected, we usually stay at the Village (which is pretty loud) so having a quiet home was an refreshing surprise! Check in/check out is off site, simple and streamlined. We would have appreciated more than two wash cloths for the duration of our stay and a humidifier would help with the dry air. Heads up you are required to sign a five page “rental agreement” within 24 hours of booking to reserve your stay which basically stipulates that you have no rights as the renter. This requirement was alarming but we did not have any issues and once we arrived at the property we understood why they have the form, with it being so well managed and maintained. Highly recommend, we would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you!
