This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite plus 2 parking spaces only. This unit features a flatscreen Smart TV where you can access all your favorite apps, BluRay DVD/CD Player, wood burning fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus full bathroom. The downstairs master features a Queen bed with ensuite half bathroom with shower and sink only. The loft features a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a flatscreen tv, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 - a great hang out space for the kids! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Painting prep from 7:30 am until 4 on each day. No notice was given. Condo while clean shows Heavy wear and stains on carpet. It has 2 showers but only 1 toilet. Very convenient location. No response from property manager after 3 calls about the constant scraping and banging from the painting prep right outside the bedroom window which only had blinds no blackout curtains. Would not stay there again! Too many other choices in the area

Near red line!

Very close walk to the red line! Stocked with everything you’d need for cooking. The couch in the living room had a surprise pull out sleeper but we didn’t use it because it didn’t look too appealing. Please note: This listing only has ONE toilet. Two showers but ONE toilet. We weren’t the biggest fan of this. The listing says one of the bathrooms is shower only but we didn’t think it meant literally just a shower. Usually it means like no tub. Overall a great stay if you’re just looking for somewhere to crash and near the shuttle.I’d stay here again but not with a big group.

We reached at 10 PM and there were no keys to get in the condo. We had to find a new place to stay in the night by ourselves, vrbo guys did not even help in finding another place to stay and they have still not refunded our money. Absolutely will not recommend going to this vacation rental.

Nice little spot right in town.

This was a great little spot to crash while we boarded our legs off in Mammoth over Spring Break. Condo was well stocked and we had no issues. A second toilet would have been nice but not a big inconvenience. Would stay here again for sure.

Sierra Stay

Perfect weekend stay for snowboarding. Great location, close to shops & food. Had coffee maker & rice cooker to use to cook meals. Shampoo, conditioner, & lotion was available for showers. The loft & bedroom gave enough room for everyone staying. Only downside to the stay was the outlets/power did not hold off strong enough for my blow dryer to work. Otherwise, great stay & easy instructions to follow.

Cute place but not the best for summer.

The property is in a great location and is overall very nice. It had new carpeting and seemed quite clean. It is rather dated and there is an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The management company was fabulous. We had one incident where the wiring on the cable for the TV wasn’t working. They sent someone out right away. He was polite and very thorough. Because there’s no air conditioning it gets quite warm in the condo. It is on the second floor so I was OK with leaving the bedroom windows open. The trash truck comes at 7:15 every other day so if you plan on sleeping in this is an issue. The kitchen is very well appointed. Lots of serving bowls good pots and pans and enough dinnerware for 6 to 8 people easily. One of the best appointed kitchens we’ve seen at a rental.

Great experience. Like most rental properties in mammoth, it’s not going to be winning any decor or style awards; at least not from any decades since 1990s. But that’s ok. It was clean and accommodating. Management was great. Would stay again.

Nice and comfy little place

Visited during summer time. Overall the apartment/loft was great , however there is no A/C so it can get really hot at night ( since we were mostly out during the day) specially upstairs. I would recommend for winter time!

Minimal Views

Overall the property is great and if you plan on spending most of your day about town or on the mountain then its great. The downside is that there isn't much of a view and you can hear noise coming from adjoining condos.

Condo was very nice and clean. Very close walking distance to Vons and restaurants. Towels and linens were clean and crisp. Had a great time exploring Mammoth.

Cute Cabin for a Cozy Stay

Amazing stay, nice place, good location

Nice place, lots of towels, conveniently located near lots of places to go (and near tram line to the slopes). It was easy to check in and out, and the place was very clean. Great bargain!
