You couldn’t ask for a better location in Mammoth Lakes than this comfortable, lofted condo, which puts you within minutes of four seasons of outdoor recreation. The gondola up to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is only a half-mile away, and in the summer, you’ll have your pick of golf, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and other water sports. Onsite amenities include a community hot tub, sauna, and pool table.

At home, start the day with coffee on your balcony, enjoying the gorgeous mountain view. Inside, the full kitchen makes breakfast prep a breeze, and you can dine together at the adjacent table or pull up a barstool to keep it casual. Head out to explore, and get the wood-burning fireplace going to keep it cozy when you return. Entertainment options include free WIFi and cable, or just grab a book and enjoy the crackling fire. When you get sleepy, choose from two bedrooms or lots of extra sleeping space in the loft. Drift off to sleep dreaming of first, and next perfect Mammoth day.

2025 Mammoth Lakes Fishing Trip

The place is nice and perfect for fishermen. We all had a great time. The place is very comfortable as were the furniture. It’s not new but everything is still in good condition and in working order.We’re going to try and get it for next time!

Skiing

Awesome - just down the road from the resort. The communal hot tub was therapeutic post skiing. The condo comfortably sleeps quite a few people.

Location of property is amazing. Unit is older and so expect old things such as wall heaters that make noise when running that wake you up at night. The most disappointing thing about our stay was that the dishwasher was marked “out of order” when we arrived. We used VRBO “message host” to communicate with the host to ask when it would be fixed. Unfortunately, the host connected to VRBO is “Vacasa Corporate” and although they replied in a timely manner, all they said was “we have informed our “local Vacasa team” and the “local team” will be in contact with you.” 24 hours later, no local team contacted us. So we send another message and again, Vacasa Corporate responds they will mark an urgent message to the “local team” to contact us immediately. No contact 48 hours later. Long story short, the “local Vacasa team” never contacted us and we were there all week from Mon to Fri and I texted daily so they had plenty of chances. So be warned, if you stay here and need anything fixed, you will only have contact with the “corporate host” who has nothing to do with helping you. The corporate host wouldn’t even provide the local hosts contact info to me. I would not recommend this Vacasa host and I would suggest you stay in a unit that has a different host. We travel to mammoth 2 times a year and have never, ever experienced a situation like this where the host does not ever contact me back. Dishwasher obviously was down all week since the “local host” never contacted me.
