  • This updated, spacious mountain retreat is a rustic, modern mountain retreat fully updated with all the comforts of a new home. You'll love the high-end decor and handmade rugs throughout as well as a beautifully updated full kitchen - equipped with quartz countertops, all-new stainless steel appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and everything you will need to prepare quick snacks or full meals. There's also a warming wood stove to warm up beside after days on the slopes, as well as two large, 4K, flatscreen TVs. Enjoy a hot shower after a day in the snow in the completely renovated bathroom. Enjoy new flooring everywhere as of summer 2021, including radiant heating in the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. There's also a Pack 'n Play for those traveling with little ones. From this location, you can walk to several of the shops, restaurants, shuttle stops, and event venues in town. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared pool and two hot tubs.

We loved this spacious condo with loads of amenities! The hot tub was awesome on the night we could use it (2nd nite was a blizzard!). We were disappointed not to be able to use the pot belly fireplace, but it was way too windy. Would have liked a couple more pillows in the bedroom, but otherwise all was great. The location is ideal, near the shops, restaurants and the Vons. Not far from the slopes.

Modern Update

It's a beautiful condo that has been updated with great appliances and new, matching kitchen items. The second sink outside the bathroom makes it easy to get going for 2 people. Very nice location walking distance from stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic weekend in Mammoth Lakes. The condo was cozy, well kept and modern with a fully stocked kitchen incase to choose to stay in and cook. I loved the conveniency of condo's location. We were literally within walking distance of great restaurants and shops.

Great Location

This is a great location, with a stop to catch the trolley to Eagle Lodge to ski at the end of the driveway, and kitty corner from Vons, Giovanni’s Pizza and Fast Ski Sports that did free machine waxes on our skis. The unit was in great condition and Vacasa appropriately addressed the issues we had with fish smell in the refrigerator and lack of sheets and pillow cases for the sofabed, when we checked in late the first night.

The condo was really nice.

We like to stay at Sherwin Villa because of the location in town. This was the first unit we have stayed in that was fully renovated.

Love the heated floor (bathroom) and updated kitchen. Bed is more likely full size and sleeper couch is queen size - bed was too small and pillows are hard. few things to fix - GFI in bathroom is defective, entry way heater knob is broken and spigot in bathroom basin needs to be tightened. Other than that, things were good!

Absolutely Stunning!

Perfect location! Extremely clean and cozy. Nicely updated with heated floors and well organized cabinets. Close to trolley and bus stops. Can walk to the village within 20 mins but trolley is very convenient. The pool is chilly but sauna and spa were a huge delight!
