The Space:
As you step inside, you’re welcomed by an open and airy living space that immediately draws your eyes to the stunning mountain views framed by tall pines just beyond the large windows. The gas fireplace flickers softly, casting a warm glow across the room—an inviting backdrop after a day on the slopes. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a perfect space for gathering, relaxing, or simply watching the snow fall outside. A round dining table for six sits ready for meals or game nights, while bar-style seating for two lets you perch and chat as someone brews up fresh coffee at the small coffee stand, equipped with both a Keurig and drip machine.

Wander out onto the private, secluded balcony and breathe in the crisp mountain air. Whether you're enjoying a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine in the evening, the views of the rugged peaks through the pines make it feel like your own peaceful escape in the woods. Back inside, the warm tones of the wood-accented interior create a cozy, lodge-like ambiance. Tucked away in one of the bedrooms, you’ll find a thoughtful workstation—perfect for guests who may need to check in with the office or simply want a quiet corner to write or plan the next day’s adventure.

This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a smart TV.

This condo also includes two full bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Coin-operated washer and dryer in the building.
• This condo is equipped with a Pack `n Play and baby chair with tray for guest convenience.
• Garage and lot parking available for 2 vehicles available, passes required & can be picked up in the front office.
• An AWD or 4X4 vehicle is recommended during winter months.

Mouse infestation

Infested with mice . The management company is the absolute worst . Google Hantavirus Mammoth Lakes.Had to eat out every meal . Probably spent 1000 in two weeks on that. Also I was paying for a kitchen I couldn’t use .They offered me a refund of 25/ night, or full refund but I had to vacate.Would not compensate me for having to book last minute during Bluesapalooza.
