2-bedroom and loft condo with close access to Blue Line Bus.

This is a 2-bedroom and a loft condominium with 3 bathrooms. . It has a full kitchen , microwave, gas fireplace, 4 TVs (50 inch Smart HD Screen in living room, 37 inch in the master bedroom, 32 inch in the 2nd bedroom and 32 inch upstairs) and a Blu-ray player. All beds have reading lamps.

Vacation Rental Permit: TOML-CPAN-10398

The 1st bedroom has a California king size bed with master full bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and the loft has 3 single beds and a double bed. The bathrooms have granite vanity countertops along with wall mounted hairdryers. The entry level has the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom) and 2 balconies (living room and bedroom with singles). Upstairs is the loft and another 3/4 bathroom. Spa and sauna are steps away in the clubhouse which also has washers and dryers. Covered parking keeps your car free of snow with one reserved parking spot. Additional parking for one car in garage is available on a first come basis using un-numbered spaces. There are 29 steps up from the parking garage to reach this unit and it is 2 levels inside. There are no elevators in the complex. Wireless internet cable access is in unit. The Blue Line bus stops directly in front of the Condo driveway.

Such a cute and cozy place! Everything was clean and all the check in instructions were clear. My group and I were able to easily find parking and the property. The rooms and common areas were all clean.

Great location for our ski trip!

This was such a great spot for our big friends ski trip. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location for shuttle pick up to the mountain and getting into town.

Beautiful Condo, great host!

The condo was one of the nicest and well kept I've ever stayed at in Mammoth. The bus stop to the lodge was steps from the building. Our host Steven was responsive to our inquiries and very accommodating. Thank you!

Fantastic spot in perfect location

This place is a killer place to stay! The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect if you want to cook. It’s bigger than the photos make it seem. The upstairs feels very private even though it’s technically a loft. Fantastic place for a group of friends to stay, especially with no bunk beds. Host was super communicative, fast to respond to any and every question. Super easy check in and check out processes. Highly recommend this place and this host, you’re guaranteed a great time.

Great location

The place is clean and has plenty of sleeping arrangements. Location is close to the village and to Canyon lodge. Furniture is a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. Great place for families with kids.

The property was wonderful. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. Very close to all tourist attractions and still look secluded. Had great utensils. Check out process was very simple. One suggestion is to please mention that we can leave the towels as it is and inform the washer/dryer is in common area. Thanks a for the wonderful stay we had

Beautiful stay.

Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. No complaints. Owner provided easy to follow instructions. Beds are comfy and diverse (soft, firm, and in between). I’d book it again.
