  • Welcome to our updated 3 BR/2 BA lakefront home on 1.3 acres in Brier Creek - perfect for your family getaway! This property can be used year round! In the summer enjoy all the lake has to offer boating, fishing, swimming, water sports, or just floating the day away off the dock. The state park is less than 1mile away with a boat ramp, beach/play area, and miles of hiking/biking trails. If you want to enjoy some activities off of the water, Mammoth Cave National Park is about 38 minutes away, and the area has golf courses and horseback riding.

    In fall and winter take in the beautiful colors while the leaves change and cozy up to a wood burning fireplace.

    The open concept living space includes a beautiful modern kitchen with a large island, ideal for a quick snack or lunch before getting back out on the lake. The kitchen opens to spacious family room with a stone fireplace and large sectional made for watching movies with the family after a long day in your own giant cove. It really feels like being on the big water without all of the traffic.

    The 10 x 26ft sunroom with floor to ceiling windows facing the lake is its own oasis. It has a custom dining table that seats 10 so your whole clan can sit down for a meal together. The sunroom sectional is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine looking over the serenity of the lake in what feels like your own adult treehouse. There is also a 20 x 25 foot covered porch perfect for dining alfresco and a deck off the front door for drying all of your lake gear.

    When you are fully relaxed and ready to turn in, choose from a king bedroom, queen bedroom, or bunk room with 4 XL twin beds.

    - The maxiumum occupancy of the property is 10 people unless you obtain prior approval

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The cabin was clean and well stocked. What a beautiful view from the sunroom area. Although the water was low in the lake, the family enjoyed swimming. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved our stay! Our four kids (8-14) were happy to share a room in the unique bunk room. The back 4 seasons room was our favorite place to relax and watch the river. Our main reason for traveling here was to visit Mammoth Caves but we were glad to have a private place to stay instead of the resorts/camping at the park. (Prepare yourself, everything is a drive in this part of the country.)If I had a baby/toddler, I would be very nervous about the steep staircase down to the water’s edge. My kids are big enough to navigate it without supervision. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we could need. Tap water is drinkable. Plenty of firewood on hand. Only had one issue which was answered immediately! Must eat at Buoy’s!! We did twice! Blue Holler Cafe was good. Petting kangaroos at Kentucky Down Under was so fun! Farmwald’s Kitchen food it excellent. Horse Cave shops aren’t worth the drive. Fishing at the Nolin River Dam was a huge success and breathtaking views.

We loved our stay here- host was very quick to respond and take care of us, and the house was clean, cozy and comfortable. We never felt the need to go anywhere, we just stayed on the lake the whole time! The toys and lake things made it a wonderful trip for our kids. We’ll be back!

Awesome lake house! We loved the proximity to the lake and how well stocked the house was with kayaks, paddleboards, floats, life jackets. When we weren't out on the lake, we enjoyed sitting on the indoor and outdoor porches, making s'mores at the fire pit and cooking in the kitchen that had everything we needed and more!A great house for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids.

This property was private and very beautiful. We stayed with our two young children and they loved it. We were disappointed to learn the state park was closed as that was part of the draw to this property. The house itself was perfect! We loved the sunroom. It was plenty of space and move extras in the garage! Very easy check-in and was easy to find. We would love to come back when the state park is actually open.

The place is beautifully clean. Fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is like you didnt even leave your own home. I would recommend they turn the heat up on the hot water. Some night time lights around the doc area would also be great. We will be back its so peaceful and beautiful

Great half way stop for Ohio and SC family!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had two couples and four cousins, so the rooms and beds layout were perfect for us. I received multiple compliments over the four nights from family that this was a perfect choice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner there each night.

The house was very clean and well equipped. The sunroom was cozy and we loved eating and playing games on the huge dining table. Beautiful quiet spot on the lake. Would definitely book again
