"They could hire better people at the front desk (one guy was nice) .. pool wasn’t working and i would've changed my booking had I known that. The room was clean but do your due diligence. Quiet, couch was a pull out, great location and most importantly- safe. I’d stay again 100%."

"We came in on a late flight, so I really liked that the hotel was a short uber ride away. Wish I could have gotten the hotel shuttle, but after 11pm there is no one on duty to drive the van. The checkin was smooth and the agent was very nice."

"The hotel itself was fine. The issue was I waited for the airport shuttle for an hour and a half at the airport. Every other shuttle passed by multiple times. Finally had to call to have them pick me up. Every other hotel automatically had their shuttles coming every 15 minutes or so. Was not the best way to start my trip waiting at the airport for an hour and a half. "

"Call because we need it a late check in, once we arrive the front desk clerk was not very helpful, took a very long time to do are check in, gave us a room in the second floor with a horrible view even though we had VIP from Expedia, and will not let us pay for a day pass for parking instead every time we wanted to leave the property had to go the from desk so he could grant us access."

"Only one washer was available the other one was broken so there was one customer there that did three or four loads at one time so it was hard to get on. Other than that, all all the hotel is nice nice view, clean room, rooms, friendly staff."

"Manager was aggressive and adversarial. This hotel charges $100 for incidentals. I have never been charged more than $50. Although my sister presented a new card for the 2nd room I booked, my card was charged. I was told that that charge as well as the $100 would be refunded in 3-5 days. Unacceptable!! "

"We had a good stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff were welcoming and helpful while we waited for the airline to deliver our baggage. The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel, and there were several great dining options nearby within walking distance. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay."
