(Another holiday apartment DZV633 is located on the upper floor of the owner's house.)The approx. 80 sqm house extends over two floors and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio/CD), an open kitchen area (dining area, electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances) and a large bathroom (shower, WC) on the ground floor as well as two bedrooms (each with double bed, 1 cot) and a guest WC on the upper floor. (Accessible via an open staircase from the living room)There is also a furnished terrace with barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a smoking stove, electric heating and free W-LAN. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. An earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic, connect the two parts of the town. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
