  • El apartamento tiene una superficie aproximada de 50 m², ubicado en la primera planta de un edificio histórico rehabilitado, de techos altos y amplios ventanales. Dispone de ascensor. Consta de 1 dormitorio con armario empotrado y cama de matrimonio. El salón con sofá cama, es cómodo, luminoso y muy amplio. La cocina es abierta a la zona de estar, completamente equipada y con lavadora. El baño presenta plato de ducha.

    El apartamento está situado en una calle peatonal muy tranquila en pleno centro histórico de Málaga, muy cercano a los principales museos (Picasso, Thyssen, Centro de Arte Contemporáneo), zonas de interés turístico (Catedral, Alcazaba, Teatro Romano…) y de ocio (tiendas, bares, restaurantes y todo lo que puedas necesitar). Paradas de taxi cercanas y a 20 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y autobuses.

    Hay obras recientes en un edificio cercano, por lo que podría producirse ruido intermitente durante el día, siempre dentro del horario permitido por la ley y nunca durante la noche.

Lovely apartment in a fab location. Check-in and out was very easy with instructions provided. Only minor annoyances of broken toilet roll holder and toilet flush which had previously been noted in reviews. Would recommend and actually believe a friend may have booked.

Eine tolle Wohnung, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin war supernett und die Lage für unsere Wünsche optimal: Sehr zentral in der Altstadt und trotzdem wegen der Sackgasse, in der sich das Hazs befindet, ruhig. Restaurants, Läden, Plätze, Markthalle und diverse ÖPNV-Haltestellen wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist zwar sehr hellhörig (zumindest unsere Wohnung), aber das trübte den Eindruck nicht. - Sehr zu empfehlen - Dank an Nadja!

The host was very welcoming and responded quickly. The location was great. The condo was very clean and sufficiently equipped. The bathroom shower walls were a little unstable and there was no safety bar to use if you slipped. Also directions for using the washer/dryer combination would have been greatly appreciated.

Great location. Keys were not available as promised. No drying rack for dishes. Couch is very uncomfortable. Kitchen is otherwise well stocked. Could use a serious cleaning - floors and walls. Space heaters, both of them, are very poor.

Wonderful stay with central location

The communication was very good and we could let ourself in for the checkin. The appartment is located very central, so everything can be reached by foot. The building is not sound proof, but at night it is calm, so that was nothing what really bothered us. Perfect for two persons.

A very central option

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was just what I required as it was an adequate size and had space to work and to relax. I was on my own - I think for two people it would be fine but a bit small for three or more, although there is a sofa bed. There were decent facilities to prepare meals. The fittings are a little tired but it wasn't a problem for me. The manager, Nadia, was always extremely quick to respond to my queries and was very helpful. Above all it is extremely well situated with everything you could need close at hand.

Dobre miejsce jak baza wypadowa

Mieszkanie położone na starówce blisko wszelkich atrakcji w małym zaułku. Plus, że mieszkanie nie znajduje się nad barem itp. Wyposażone jak należy. Niedaleko 15 minut piechotą od dworca kolejowego, od stacji Alameda 6 minut. Minusy: Parkowanie! Niestety, znalezienie bezpłatnego miejsca w centrum to loteria. Parkingi płatne są ok. Hałas: Ulice na starówce kamienne więc każda walizka na kółkach/wózek brzmi jak pojazd na gąsienicach. Samo mieszkanie nieco akustyczne: Nie mamy wpływu na innych lokatorów i ich zwyczaje (imprezy,) ale ściany cieniutkie - samo mieszkanie przerobione. Tak więc polecam stopery tym, którzy chcą odespać całodniowe wycieczki po Andaluzji.

Best 2 weeks ever!

Part of the reason that I fell in love with Malaga is my stay at this flat. The hosts, Nadia and Rocio, are spectacular. They respond immediately with any question, and they want to make sure you are comfortable. The location is fabulous! The flat is super clean, safe, comfortable, spacious, and off a little street that is so quiet at night. There are so many restaurants and bars close by, and you are minutes from the famous Larios street. When I return, this is the only place I want to stay. I couldn't be more thankful.

Comfortable and centrally located. Some noise from the bar downstairs, but it didn't keep us awake. Would stay again.

Brilliant apartment in the heart of Malaga.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Malaga. The location was perfect for us and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Everything we wanted was in walking distance.

Fab city break!

Great little flat in a perfect location fir exploring the old town. It was pretty quiet, the only noise we heard was from the flat next door but that wasn’t really a problem. We would definitely stay here again!
