This beautiful holiday penthouse is located on the 4th floor in a building with lift centrally located in the center of Malaga in one of the city's most attractive areas. The apartment is designed in classic Spanish style, combined with Scandinavian furniture, which makes the home unique.



The apartment offers a large charming living room with dining table, two sofas, flat-screen TV, two bathrooms with shower, an open-plan kitchen with all the accessories and from the living room there is access to the fantastic terrace (34 square meters) with dining table and sofa where you can enjoy a cold drink with views of Malaga Cathedral.



The apartment offers two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed (160cm), wardrobe and direct access to the terrace and the other offers a double bed (140), wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower.



We offer free Internet, air conditioning, elevator and parking located about 400 meters from the residence.

What a fabulous accommodation in the heart of Malaga. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the rooftop balcony.

Property good location & accommodation good but both bathrooms poor. Groute that should have been white was black! Also the base of shower dirty & mouldy. Very small cubicles, bathrooms poor. A Shame as terrace great. Both bathrooms need updating and cubicles need to be bigger.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic area, perfect spot in the city. Easy walk to everything including the port and beach. Lively road but didn’t affect anybody’s sleep. The terrace is amazing. Kitchen and bathrooms tiny but didn’t spoil anything. Really comfortable beds, kitchen was really well equipped with top of the range appliances.

Amazing penthouse / amazing location

This property is a real find right in the historic centre of Malaga. The outside terrace accessed straight off the lounge is an added bonus. It also has top of the range appliances. The owners have thought of everything.The only issue we had was upon check in, hence the reason for 2 stars. It took approximately 6 phone calls before anyone answered. We were asked to call back when we were 20 mins from the property which we did. However, we still had to wait in the street with all our luggage for the best part of an hour before someone turned up with keys. Issues happen but better communication of this would have been appreciated. Despite this we look forward to our next visit at this property.

Perfekter Ort in perfekter Lage

Ein tolles Appartement, mitten im Altstadtgetümmel. Geschmackvoll und auch überraschend eingerichtet, super ausgestattet mit genialer Dachterrasse. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar.Vermieter Solago hat einwandfrei korrespondiert, check in war easy.Subjektive Kritik an , für uns, extrem weichen Betten.

Lovely apartment in a terrific location

Had five good nights in the center of old Malaga. Very comfortable apartment with spacious balcony. Small bathrooms and bedrooms, but no complaints…charming in every way! Rental company (Solago) was very responsive and efficient both before and during our visit. A good value and recommended!

Glorious time in Malaga Centro

The flat is on a pedestrian only street with lovely furnished patio in the sun all day. The setting is a combination of old and new and location was perfect. Parking for a rental car is a few blocks away. Walkable to playa/beach and most everything. (We didn’t realize how important Holy Week/Semana Santa is to the city and were unable to drive anywhere and some nights unable to get back to our flat but that was poor research on our part. It’s a special, cultural and beautiful tradition that we are grateful to have witnessed. Just beware if you go during that week.) The Argentinian restaurant just outside the doors was outstanding. you do have to take your own trash a few blocks away. If you’re American and used to a dryer, you’ll have to air dry your clothes. Ask for more towels up front too. I would suggest the owner take better advantage of the loft spaces which would increase value of the flat. I would return here again for sure!

Superb apartment and location

Property was outstanding with all necessary amenities. Staff was super responsive. Outside patio is wonderful. Would suggest a door key pad to facilitate check in and coming and going. Had a wonderful time. Malaga is great.

Beautifully decorated, perfectly located

Our five days at the apartment were nearly perfect. The property manager was responsive and helpful, and the roof deck was fabulous. We had three lunches there! The kitchen is small and did not have paper towels, coffee or any cooking ingredients except salt and pepper.

Great apartment, great location, great people

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks, and I cannot express what a tremendous experience we had. This property is right in the center of the old part of the city. There are great restaurants and fascinating places right outside the door. The apartment itself was large and comfortable with high ceilings and a wonderful terrace. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The people who manage the property (Solaga) were very, very helpful. Our luggage didn't arrive and our Spanish is not good, so Solaga called the airport and told us where our bag was and when it would be delivered. They advised us on restaurants and things we should do while visiting. I was surprised and delighted by how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was.

Fantastic Short Break

A hidden gem in Malaga - very central and close to everything, therefore be prepared for street noise at night but the double glazing is good! Super balcony to enjoy winter sun. Ideal for two couples with plenty of indoor living space and one of the best equipped holiday homes we have stayed in!
