Nestled just a few steps from Plaza de la Constitución, this third-floor balcony apartment promises an effortless vacation. From the cobblestone-streets of Calle Larios to the museum home of Picasso, everything can be reached in a couple of minute\'s walk from here.

Inside, the one-bedroom apartment has modern amenities and air-conditioning for a relaxing stay for up to 4 guests. Stretch your legs after a day’s exploration in the open-plan living room with a large flatscreen Smart TV, cute coffee tables and a sofa bed with a reading light. This room also has 2 charming French balconies, from where you can enjoy watching the crowds going in and out of the vibrant Old Town streets of Málaga.

Additionally, there is free Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace to facilitate remote work, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen with all essential utilities to round up hassle-free holidays. An oven, microwave, induction hob and toaster are at guests’ disposal.

Enjoy one of the best locations in Málaga, with the historic centre the Alcazaba, Málaga Cathedral, Málaga Roman Amphitheatre and Plaza de la Merced at just 4-5 minutes walk away. The streets surrounding the holiday rental are equally enjoyable, alternating with the best restaurants, tapas bars and terraces. All the essential services are also close at hand.

Museum lovers are especially invited to stay as Málaga\'s best museums are a 5-minute walk away, which include the Picasso Home Museum, Flamenco Museum, Interactive Museum, a grand art museum in a Renaissance Palace and more! The sea coast is also within convenient walking distance, with Costa del Sol\'s Playa de la Malagueta at a 25-minute walk or a 10 minute drive away.

Beyond Malaga, you can take trips to Marbella and the UNESCO-protected Cuevas de Nerja in a 45-minute car journey. The nearest international airport is Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, directly connected to the train station which is just a 10-minute walk from this holiday home.

First visit to Malaga

We loved the property and the location however the noise from the nightclub did keep us awake. Earplugs were needed! Outside space limited, balcony very narrow

Property is well situated in the heart of the old town. It is smaller and darker than it looks in the pictures. It is very noisy until well into the early hours of the morning as there is a nightclub close by (even with windows firmly shut). The balconies are small and very close to the adjacent properties so not much use in reality. No dishwasher or laundry facilities which make it suitable for short stays only.However if you want to be in the heart of the old town it takes some beating.

Great location to visit the historic sites in the city. Many Excellent restaurants and terraces within a 10 minute walk. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in Malaga.

Loving old town Malaga

The location was great. The aoartment was very clean and nicely appointed. Lots 8f great taverns and bars in the area. As is typical of areas like that, its noisy at night, but if you close the windows and turn on the air conditioner, it's not that bad. Our support person, An̈a, was great.bsd. Air conditioning was great.

Spitzenunterkunft, allerbeste Lage.

Malaga ist paradisisch. Das Essen überwiegend gut, bis sehr gut. Das Wetter, die Temperatur könnte nicht besser sein. Der Herbst ist die richtige Zeit. Leider gibt's auch einen Wermutstropfen, zu vieleTouristen.

Fantastic city centre property

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and wished we had booked for longer. It is right in the middle of the old town so really handy for all the restaurants and shops. Very well equipped and even has beach towels and beach chairs. We were there in November so the lack of air con in the bedroom didn't bother us and there is air con in the lounge. There is one club in the street but didn't appear to be open ecery night and when it did it wasnt too bad. You expect some noise to get this close to everything. The contact for check in was very attentive. The taxi can't take you all the way as it is pedestrianised but it was less than 5 mins walk from drop off. We will be back to use this lovely apartment again
