The Space:

Welcome to this contemporary apartment located in one of Málaga’s most exclusive towers. Designed with comfort and elegance in mind, the space offers spectacular city views, creating a bright and sophisticated atmosphere throughout your stay.



The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, a comfortable living area with a large flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote work or streaming. Air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort. Please note that a crib and high chair are not available.



The building offers premium shared amenities, including concierge service, a multipurpose room, and a modern gym (open daily from 06:00 to 23:00). The highlight is the rooftop pool, open year-round, where you can enjoy panoramic views over Málaga. Please note that there are currently no sun loungers available in the pool area.

Guest Access:

Your check-in will be carried out in person by a member of our team, who will personally welcome you and ensure you have everything you need to start your stay comfortably.



Please note:

- Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, free of charge.

- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, a €50 late check-in fee applies, as a team member will be coming specifically to welcome you at that time.

- Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate check-ins after 1:00 AM.



To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to share your estimated arrival time in advance, along with your travel details if available. This allows us to coordinate properly and be there to welcome you without delays.



Early check-in - Late check-out available subject to property availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a privileged area, in one of the only two towers of Malaga near supermarkets and restaurants, 20 minutes walk from the historic center of the city and 6 minutes walk from the stadium La Rosaleda.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the apartment.

No pets allowed.

The apartment does not include a garage or private parking space. Parking is available on the surrounding streets or in nearby public parking areas.
