The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features an elegant and very bright double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a sea view, a second bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a kitchen-living area with a double sofa bed, and a second bathroom. The layout is ideal for families or small groups who wish to stay together while enjoying comfortable and well-distributed spaces.

Outside, guests can enjoy a charming private garden with a stunning sea view—the perfect place to relax and take in the spectacular panorama of the coastline. Just a few steps away, the property opens onto a scenic setting where the sea and mountains meet, offering unforgettable views even while sitting and resting.

The property enjoys a privileged panoramic location and truly unique access to the sea. A private staircase runs through the garden and leads directly down to the beach and the village, offering an immersive coastal experience. From the main road, the entrance gate is visible, and the apartment is reached by descending just two short flights of stairs from the parking area.

Please note that due to the presence of stairs and sloping pathways, the property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility issues if frequent access to the beach and village is required. However, guests who prefer to enjoy the sea air, the garden, and the panoramic views can do so comfortably with minimal effort.

The apartment is equipped with an outdoor shower and all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay.

For your convenience, a private parking space is available upon request and at an additional cost, located just above the apartment.

For larger groups or families wishing to stay close together while maintaining privacy, the Green Apartment can also be rented together with the nearby Blue Apartment, a separate unit that accommodates up to 2 guests. The two apartments feature adjoining terraces connected by a central gate, creating a shared outdoor space for up to 6 guests in total.
