"Booked this hotel through Expedia prior to my trip, when I landed in Colombo I received a text message from a French (+33) number saying that my booking at The Coconut would be cancelled, and that the prices I had booked were no longer valid! My only choices were to cancel the booking or pay the "new prices" which were 3x higher! I ended up saying I didn't want the booking and found other accommodations. Ein paar Dinge, die ich als Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte: Ein Mülleimer im Bad, eine Badematte, eine Klobürste, eine Seifenschale sowie Duschgel und Shampoo wären super.
