Peaceful City Escape 30` from Central Madrid

This compact and cozy apartment in the north offers a quiet stay just 30 minutes from central Madrid and easy access to Sol, Gran Vía, and Retiro Park.

Ideal for solo travelers, couples or small groups of 4 people.

Distributed with a bedroom with double bed and a living room with kitchenette and all the necessary amenities to enjoy the capital from a quiet area.

The property is an independent first floor. It is an apartment with one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for two additional guests. Giving a total of 4 guests maximum.

The living room and kitchen are in the same room. There is a dining area or table that can be moved if you wish to open the sofa bed.

There is also a bathroom inside the bedroom with all the necessary amenities.

As guest you will have access to:

-Double bed + sofa bed (max. 4 guests)
- Air conditioning + heating (split unit)
- Fully equipped kitchen with: Dolce Gusto coffee machine + some welcome capsules, Mini fridge with freezer, Microwave, toaster, electric vitro hob, dishes, cutlery, glassware
- Dining table and chairs in the living area
- Full bathroom with towels, gel, shampoo, hairdryer
- Wi-Fi and Smart TV

Located in Fuencarral, a peaceful and well-connected neighborhood in north Madrid, the apartment offers a more relaxed setting away from the bustle of the tourist center. You’ll find local cafés, parks, supermarkets, and essential services nearby, all within walking distance.

The apartment is around 30 minutes from central Madrid (Sol, Gran Vía, Retiro) by public transport or car. With nearby metro and bus connections, it’s easy to reach the heart of the city for sightseeing, dining, or shopping, then return to a calm and quiet home base.
The nearest metro station is fuencarral and is a 10 minute walk away.

As shown in the photos, the kitchen is compact and suitable for preparing meals in the apartment, but it is not a full kitchen. The refrigerator is small, and the stove is electric.

The apartment is an independent first floor with direct access from the street.

It is one of two adjacent ground-floor units connected by a non-accessible internal door. Each is fully independent and private.
But the door could only be opened in case the reservation is for more guests than the capacity of each accommodation and both would like to be communicated with each other.

Although the property is far from the center, it is possible to hear noise during your stay.

The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit
Some welcome coffee capsules
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper

The property has a decibel detector and has a surface area of approximately 25 m2.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
