    Perched on a hillside, this home boasts an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, inviting you to create culinary masterpieces while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.



    For entertainment, the game room features a pool table, providing hours of fun and friendly competition. Step outside onto the huge deck, where ample seating and a cozy rocking swing await. Here, you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning, savor a glass of wine in the evening, or simply take in the incredible views that surround you.



    Whether you're soaking in the tranquility of the natural landscape, exploring the charming town of Madras, fly fishing in one of the best regions in the country or embarking on outdoor adventures in the nearby mountains, Smith Rock State Park is especially great for rock climbing enthusiasts or testing your luck at the Indian Head Casino in Warm Springs, this hillside home offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

    We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.



    PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

The kitchen was great, we had two birthday parties and where able to find everything we needed. The bedrooms where lovley, bathrooms where clean and plenty of toilet paper, sometimes people don't leave enough out. The views where beautiful and the outside games, corn hole and badmitten where great for the kids. The pool table was a bonus as well, although my sister beat me.It was a lovley place to stay.

We stayed at this house last weekend for six nights and I wish you could rate it higher than 5 stars! This place was a dream! We had 10 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was clean and comfortable! The views were absolutely amazing. Any questions that I had were quickly responded to. We cannot wait to stay here again next year!

Stunning Views from a Beautiful Home

Beautiful view of the Cascade Range from this lovely updated home on the outskirts of Madras. Our family, with 3 generations, had plenty of space to rest and relax while in town for a family reunion and milestone birthday. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This home is the new gold standard!!!

This home was perfect!! We loved everything about it. Such attention to details and it was so wonderful to have such a thoughtfully and perfectly outfitted kitchen! The outdoor spaces were just as lovely and comfortable as the interior. Comfortable beds, lush linens, ample space and snuggly sofas and blankets! Thank you to iTrip and the property owners for making such a wonderful vacation rental!!

Quick Summer Getaway

Wanted to bring our boat to head to local lakes. Perfect spot to bring with us. Loved the views from outside on swing. Lots of activities for a family with teens. Our kids already want to plan next summer. Host quickly responds and very nice to deal with. Will absolutely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

A Summer Trip to Remember

My family and two others stayed here to live out our Lake Billy Chinook summer dreams - and they were fully met! All together we had 6 adults and 6 kids, ranging from 3 to 16 years-old. We brought our pontoon boat, as did one other family, and there was parking aplenty for two Ford F-350s with pontoons and a car (plus more to spare). The house is very spacious and cozy, kind of feels like a home you'd have in your family for years and years, full of love and tradition - where you go to make memories. The home accommodated our families perfectly with room for the adults to relax in one part and the kids to play in another, or for all of us to cuddle up around the TV for a movie night. There's also a pool table and tons of goodies in the garage (pickleball, cornhole, darts, and more). The large yard is great for playing or lounging, with lovely landscaping, and the backyard offered a view of the mountains and a perfect pink sunset nightly from the comfort of the large outdoor table or porch swing. The beautiful kitchen allowed us to easily feed our large gang, and surprisingly, Madras had some great bakeries and restaurants that provided meals when we were too lazy to cook after a day on the lake - which was a super easy 25-minute drive away. Awesome Mexican at Mi Casa (best guac and homemade tortillas) and sinful breakfast pastries at Eagle Bakery (but only open 2 days a week). Finally, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, which is always nice when you're trying to get 12 people out the door. Very pleased, and certainly looking forward to staying here again. Did not disappoint!

I can't say how much this house is amazing! It surpassed my expectations. This home is family centered and the kitchen is well equipped to cook full meals. My husband even said he slept better here then at our own home. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is stunning and functional, the home is clean and spacious. I can't wait to stay here again next summer!
