"El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo.

"If you have the money, spend it elsewhere. This was the filthiest room I’ve ever been given. I only stayed because I was in the city for less than 24 hours and didn’t want to deal with the headache of finding another place on a time crunch. Sheets were stained, pillows were flat and yellow, sink was clogged in the restroom and the bathroom had hairs all over the toilet and bathtub. The floor was sticky and gross, I wouldn’t have rented that room to a stray animal."

"Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off.
We went to the sports bar for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks the waitress was ok but they can’t answer a question. Never got the drink that I ordered, finally told them to forget it. Anyway make sure you have your hand sanitizer if you plan on spending time in the casino! "

"Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful whatsoever!"
