"We normally book budget lodging, so this is normal type of accommodation we are used to. Cabin smelled bad and we were not able to air it out in the 2 days we stayed there. Kitchen and room had not been cleaned throughly for ages, we did not want to use the kitchen. Area poorly maintained, but common ..."

ibis Mackay
"Great location, pitty you get slugged $3.50 for a taxi as it has to go via the airport terminal. Room service cuts out early so be wary of a flight after 8pm. No bottled water in rooms. Otherwise couldn't complain"

Coral Cay Resort
"Værelserne var meget slidte og alt trængte til en opfriskning. Overnatningen var ikke billig, til den pris ville jeg forvente mere. Resort er misvisende det minder mere om et motel."

Mackay Oceanside Central Hotel
"Very clean and convient staff were lovely when I called to let them know we would be there after check out. Online platform didn’t work for early check in. Deadbolt in room also didn’t work which was a little concerning but otherwise good place for a stop over for one night."
