The property has below grade parking. I parked my motorcycle there with staff consent. The staff failed to tell me that the parking area floods in rain. Fraudulent all the way!
The hitel.does not exist on the pun shown! The hotel owner denied booking and getting any booking money. Hitels.com customer care didnt give us a regund. Agent as well as tge supervisor said openly do you want to, we wonr issue refund.
