A lovingly furnished holiday home set in a lovely location close to the beach, in the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating included. 1 small dog welcome. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £150.. A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday. A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlins for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year. Each property has its own enclosed, lawned garden, perfect for sitting back and relaxing under the starry sky. There are an abundance of cafés, restaurants and bars offering food and drink, as well as food delivery options if required. Sandilands 18-hole golf course is just 3 miles to the south, with plenty of good walks and cycle routes throughout the area. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Surprisingly spacious for 3 adults and 2 children.

Surprisingly spacious for 3 adults and 2 children. It was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for the week. We will definitely come back.

Property is clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi is excellent. Host was lovely and responsive to messagesThe location of the property is slightly different than on the Vrbo map currently, actually slightly closer to the beach!Once you take the key out of the keysafe, you need to put the code in again to close it. I got stuck with this, so thought I would share this tip. The only TV in the property is in the living room. The TV is android and crashed a few times, but nothing major. Adding more TVs and a bigger better model in the living room and a few other comforts would grately elevate this property. Not there is anything wrong, but could be even more amazing.I would happily stay here again.

The property was nice and clean but it just felt clinical as opposed to homely, everywhere was paint

The property was nice and clean but it just felt clinical as opposed to homely, everywhere was painted in ‘magnolia’ and it needed some wall paintings and craft/vases etc just to make it feel ‘warm’. The host was very helpful and polite so overall I would recommend a stay there.
