The modern industrial aesthetic, complemented by stone floors and sleek design elements, creates a captivating ambiance, enhanced by a skylight and patio doors leading to the outside space. Outside there is a separate building which has been converted into your very own games space with table tennis, darts and even a pac man arcade game. Great for little and big kids alike!

Parking- one parking space in the driveway, if you have a particularly large vehicle you may have to park on the road.

Guest access
At our holiday home, guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the beautiful garden area. You'll have the space all to yourselves, as there are no shared areas here.
Please note that while you'll have the privacy of your own space, there are neighbours on either side, as this is a residential area. We kindly ask that guests be considerate and respectful of the neighbours, keeping noise levels to a minimum after 10pm to ensure everyone's comfort.
Please also note the driveway will only fit one car. There is free on street parking but it can get busy at times

Guests, please take note of the following information:
1. **Railway Line**: Our holiday home is situated adjacent to a railway line that is still in use. While the house is fully insulated and double glazed to minimize noise, please be aware that there may be occasional minimal noise from passing trains, particularly at the rear of the property.
2. **Town Centre Location**: We are located in the heart of the town center, offering convenient access to local amenities and attractions. While there is ample street parking available with no restrictions, there may be occasions when parking directly outside the home is unavailable due to high demand. However, rest assured that you can still utilise the driveway for parking.
