Welcome to L'Epinasserie, an ideal holiday cottage for families or groups of friends, with three bedrooms and various games for children. Nestled in lush greenery, in the peaceful countryside, you'll be just 40 minutes from Cholet and Saumur. Committed to the environment, the owners, who live on-site, will be delighted to welcome you to this haven of peace and help you explore the Anjou region.

The cottage comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bread oven, and television; the blue bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed; a bathroom with a large walk-in shower; and a separate toilet. Adjoining the kitchen, the living room, with its wood-burning stove, smart TV, foosball table, and carrom board (Indian billiards), will delight guests of all ages. Paintings from the Rablais-sur-Layon art gallery are displayed in this room. The stairs from the living room lead to a cozy attic bedroom (with independent access), featuring a 140cm x 190cm bed (6.1 m² with a ceiling height of 1.80m) and a private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). Please note that the bedroom door is 1.50m high. Upstairs, the third attic bedroom offers a 140cm x 190cm bed and a 90cm x 190cm single bed (this attic bedroom measures 20 m² on the floor and 7 m² with a ceiling height of 1.80m). A mezzanine play area with a sofa bed will delight children. Fans are provided in all bedrooms and living areas.

Outside, enjoy a 250 m² landscaped courtyard with a covered area for summer evenings: a west-facing wooden deck with a barbecue and deck chairs. To the southwest, you'll find a second outdoor area, including a 3500 m² garden shared with the owners, offering numerous outdoor games for children (swings, seesaw, sandpit), as well as a pétanque court. Molkky, children's and adult pétanque, Palato, Cornhole, and Solfo are available for other fun outdoor activities.
Private parking is available.

Working remotely from your holiday accommodation is possible thanks to a high-speed internet connection (Orange - Wi-Fi or wired). The following equipment is provided: a desk, an extension cord, a power strip, and a desk lamp.
Baby equipment includes: a high chair, a crib, a baby bath, and a changing table.
