Teatre Lyric

Loved the character of the property!

Upon check in the double bed room we had booked was not available. We were told we were being moved to a room with a pull out sofa, upon entering that room that wasn’t the case. We were then moved to another room and promised it would have a sleeper sofa. It did not either. We had to play musical rooms with other members of our traveling party in order to get a room to meet the needs for our group. Upon opening the sofa bed in that room it had no sheets and a large pee stain. We requested sheets and bedding for the sofa bed several times and never received them. Overall it was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

The front desk was not as friendly and accommodating as expected. The bright light was Anna at the information desk. She was so helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. She also suggested great things to do in Memphis. She is your gem
