"The property is in one of the many half-empty towers in the center. The location was convenient. There were two reception desks and it was not clear how many agencies and services were renting apartments there. The apartment was spacious, had a washer and a drier, a serviceable kitchen and the elevators worked well."

"Incredible room with lots of space for 2 couples, able to watch our cruise ship come into port. Perfect place to stay ahead of cruises. Convenient to numerous restaurants and shopping. "

"Property is very nice and clean. Amenities are perfect and can host family and friends. Only issue I had was Internet with my unit. My host was The Bay Suites, they communicated effectively but couldn’t resolve the internet issue in my unit"

"Very friendly staff! Spencer was super nice the front desk attendant. He let me check in super early for no charge! Very nice hotel to stay at, especially the night before a cruise! The area is pretty nice, it’s on the border of the high end and lower end. There is a Whole Foods less than 5 minute walk! Recommend staying there! Nice room!"

"Excellent staff at this Hotel, they really went above and beyond. The noise is quite bad on the weekends from the nearby road, with cars racing up and down. Not really the fault of the hotel, but something to note. The rooms are on the older side now, as i believe they are decommissioning this hotel soon and opening a new location on Miami Beach. I would definitely stay here again just for the staff who went above and beyond, and will consider hyatt for all my future trips. Thanks!"

"A great place to stay in Miami. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The only downside to this hotel is the traffic noise it is pretty constant, Lots of cars tooting."

"We had an extremely clean room and the staff was outstanding. It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar on site. Unfortunately, the bed was similar to a futon and was extremely uncomfortable. The room is beyond basic. I liked the chic look and the price was good. The pool is tiny (appears larger in the pictures- great job by the photographer). We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The mahi mahi and steak were to die for. "

"We kindly requested a room with a better view since last time, it was bad and they gave us a room where the view was the ACs. Bathroom was too small that you have to close the door in order to use it. Staff was not friendly. Food is ok, breakfast options were limited. "

"I selected this hotel based on location of the James L. Knight concert hall. My Mom wanted to see Raphael at the concert, and I wanted to arrive on foot. It was a short three-minute walk in heels to the concert hall. I did enjoy parking my vehicle on the same floor as my room. It made unloading and loading a breeze. The location was great for driving around town. Easy access from I-95 to and from the hotel. "

"Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said...
