"Very nice room with walkout sliding doors. I loved the room. Everything was clean. The pool was little too cold. There was not much choice on food. The Barn was a buffet which is too much food for me and closed at seven. The only other option was pizza that they make there. Need other food choices nearby. Maybe some food trucks around. Overall I really liked our stay. Quiet and comfortable. Good brrakfast."

"First room had fleas. Second room did not have any bugs (that I saw) but the carpet was heavily stained and ripped in places."

"My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned."

"When we arrived at the hotel, we were in shock at how run down the hotel was. The hotel sign looked like a tornado tore it apart! Everything was ripped off of the sign. From the outside of the hotel, you could see ripped curtains and broken windows. The hotel looked deserted. There was a letter size piece of paper TAPED on the glass door to the hotel that listed a phone number to call to check in!! I have never been to a hotel that's had a NOTE in a door with instructions to CALL a number to...

"Bring slippers, carpet will make your feet or socks black. Staff are super friendly. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom had some mildew stains on the caulk but that’s an easy fix. Breakfast is good enough for free. It consisted of plain omelet with cheese, sausage links, yogurt and cereal and some bread to make toast with. Parking is good, plenty of space."

"Very clean. If you like good customer service, you will not get it here, in my experience. In fact, an AI Robot will most likely replace front desk staff in the next 5 years, putting them out of a job they really don't like anyway."

"It dies not have an elevator. The staff was accommodating when we could not handle carrying bags upstairs & switched room to ground floor. Also impressed with cleaners as they checked if we needed anything the second day there. We were staying 3 days so normal procedure is they clean when your stay is over. Thank you for that!!!"

"I booked a smoke free King Room and it smelled like stale cigarettes. I called the front desk and she swear that room was non smoking and got loud with me so I hung up the phone. A few seconds later she calls back and she told me I can move into a new room. Which I did but that room needs maintenance done like the bathtub water goes out slow. However the breakfast is pretty decent. But it’s the same breakfast everyday nothing changes. When you ask staff for stuff they like to get loud with you...
