"The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. ..."

"Les ascenseurs j’espère que vous n’êtes pas pressé pour en prendre un…. Le personnel du bar n’en parlons pas. Le serveur nous regardait alors que l’on attendait pour prendre notre commande depuis 10 minutes. On a attendu 2 sandwich pendant 30 minutes voir + alors que il n’y avait personne du tout. ..."
