Just a short drive from Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park, and downtown Luray, it’s the perfect base for hiking, canoeing, or exploring all the local attractions, including Luray Caverns. Outdoor Hot Tub

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Great stay! This cabin was nice and clean (except for some dead flies which I expect for the location), had all the basic staples to last our stay, and everything worked great. We did blow a circuit when using both the fireplace heaters, but we were able to rectify it quickly.

Very cozy and very clean cabin with a great view and great location away from the noise but close enough to stores if you need essential and to Harrisonburg if you want to go get dinner.The only downside is the upstairs bedroom, the bed is not that comfortable for an adult.Everything else great, we’d book again!

This was a truly magnificent and awe-inspiring property. In fact, we quickly started calling it 'home' - a true home away from home where we instantly felt like we belonged and never wanted to leave. Great spot for a family

Recently stayed 3 nights here with our family of 5 (kids aged 14, 11, 8). Perfect size, great location. We were able to explore Shenandoah and Luray Caverns easily from this location. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Reported an issue with the washing machine to management. We weren’t there long enough for it to be resolved while we were there, but they were very receptive to the feedback and I suspect it will be addressed. We used the hot tub, fire pit and grill while we were there - all were great with no issues. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Great spot for caverns

We really enjoyed our stay here. Extremely close to town, caverns. Only concern was the metal bunk bed. It did not feel very sturdy and we were afraid to have someone sleep on the top bunk.

Beautiful location and accommodations

The yard amenities were just as impressive as the interior ones. The house is located in the middle of acres of fields with wonderful views of the mountains nearby. Each window provided a different, delightful scene.

Relaxing getaway

The property is amazing! Very clean. Great Mountain View’s. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Felt like we were alone in the mountains yet amenities were 5 min away. We visited the national park during the day then relaxed in the hot tub at night. Would recommend staying at Hunters Haven.

Great Cabin with Amazing Views

We had a great stay and the cabin was well equipped. The property managers were easy to communicate with and happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend staying here and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Lovely getaway in the Shenandoah Valley

We traveled over 7 hrs for our stay and it was all worth it! The location cannot be beat and is close to all of the area attractions, restaurants and of course the National Park but there is so much beauty on the property itself that you don't even have to leave! Zane the property manager was awesome and so helpful and knowledgeable. The only negative that needs mentioning here is that the hot tub needed a cleaning which I should've brought it up on arrival (I did when we left) but the house itself was tidy and updated. Book it!

Awesome Stay

This house was amazing! It accommodated the 5 of us comfortably. View is gorgeous, hot tub was a great feature, fire pit was a great way to enjoy a chilly December night outside. We are already planning another stay for next year. I don't think we will stay anywhere else! THANK YOU!
