  • We are offering this 1970s bungalow for rent in Lumio, with sea views, less than 100 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests, including 2 adults and 4 children. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 100 m².

    The accommodation is laid out as follows:
    - A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa, etc.
    - A fully fitted kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
    - A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 children)
    - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
    - A bathroom with shower and toilet
    - A bathroom with shower
    - A separate toilet

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

    Outside:
    - A lovely private garden of 100 m²
    - A terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

    The house is ideally situated in Lumio, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

    Activities
    - Boat hire, scuba diving, hiking trails…

    Transport:
    If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the residence’s car park.

    As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
    - Nearest railway station: Calvi station, 9.3 km away (around 12 minutes by car)
    - Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine Airport, 8.8 km away (about 10 minutes by car)

    Other notes:
    - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
    - The bungalow is semi-detached on one side only, with no neighbours opposite
    - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be arranged with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
    - The heating is instant gas-fired and cannot supply two showers at the same time.
    - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
    - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.

Petite maison très bien placée, au calme avec toutes les commodités. A 100m de la plage, excellent !

Emplacement extra très proche de la mer et très calme Location propre mais aurai besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation fuite au niveau du puit de lumière en cas de fort orage sinon tout était top t eta et3top

U Prato "Appartement familial au calme dans une Balagne pleine de charme. 🙂 Appartement très bien agencé, décoré avec goût. Accès direct à une petite plage tranquille. Intimité préservée dans le jardin grâce aux grandes haies. Salle de bain rénovée. Coup de foudre pour l'ile Rousse et la plage de Lozari; Coup de coeur pour les villages de montagne plein de charme. Accueil très chaleureux de Martine-Huggy- les-bons-tuyaux ;)"

U Prato "Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Eine kleines Dorf aber man bekommt alles zu Fuß und der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt und sagenhaft schön. Die Terrasse der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls fantastisch. Schön schattig und leicht zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft selbst und der Garten haben uns allerdings etwas enttäuscht. Die Wohnung hatte einen etwas muffigen Geruch den wir trotz 2.5 Wochen Aufenthalt im Hochsommer mit viel offenen Türen und Fenstern nicht wegbekommen haben. Wir haben zwar keinen Schimmel entdeckt aber das Gefühl war nicht so super. Es gab außerdem viele Kleinigkeiten die sich summiert haben. Kaputte Toilettenspülung, Sand der von der Decke rieselte, eine Deckenplatte ist heruntergefallen usw. Summa summarum können wir die Wohnung empfehlen aufgrund der traumhaften Lage, Terrasse und Umgebung. Man sollte aber wissen das die Unterkunft selbst einen kleinen Investitionsstau hat und etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist."

Sehr schöner Urlaub, trotz sehr schlechter Unterkunft

Der Empfang durch unsere Vermieterin war nach 2 stündiger Wartezeit und telefonischen Kontakt zur Agentur endlich da. Vermieterin war der Meinung, wir kommen erst am anderen Tag. Unser Bungalow war mehr als enttäuschend. Wir müssen im Vorfeld sagen dass wir schon zwölf mal diese Insel besucht haben und das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die wir bis heute hatten. Alt, schmutzig, abgelebt. Überall Spinnweben. Die Spülmaschine habe ich gereinigt, nachdem wir Spülmaschinenreiniger gekauft haben. Sie war schmutzig und hat gerochen.esteckkästen und Küchenschränke habe ich geputzt. Alle Schränke in die wir unsere Kleidung geräumt haben, habe ich vorher ausgewischt und mit Papier ausgelegt. Bei der Übergabe habe ich es auch der Vermieterin gesagt, daß wir so etwas nicht kenne , aber sie hat es nicht so eng gesehen. Der Garten nicht gepflegt, die Hecke nicht geschnitten... Der Bungalow für 4 bis 6 Personen angeboten duschen soll aber bitte immer nur 1 Person, sonst ist das Wasser kalt, Fön kann in keinen Bad benutzt werden da es keine Steckdose gibt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine können nicht zusammen benutzt werden, dann springt der Hauptschalter raus. Durch den Baum im Garten, über den Esstisch mussten wir jeden Tag kehren , da sehr viel Blüten und Blätter heruntergefallen sind. Ein Netz wäre vielleicht sehr angebracht. Das schönste war dort die Nähe zum Strand, der wirklich sehr schön ist.
