NH Collection Heidelberg
There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up ...
