This updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, with an additional sleeping space, offers both comfort and convenience.

The open-concept main living area is designed for gathering, whether you're sharing meals, playing games, or relaxing after a day on the slopes. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare family favorites.

The top floor features a spacious primary suite with a newly renovated en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, you'll find two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a bonus room with two twin-size beds—perfect for kids or larger groups.

Designed with skiers in mind, the home includes a large mudroom for shedding boots and gear at the end of the day, as well as a private outdoor storage closet to keep your skis and equipment secure and out of the way.

Getting to the slopes couldn't be easier. A private, on-demand shuttle* picks you up right outside the condo and drops you at Sachem Trail in just minutes. When your ski day is done, the shuttle brings you back home, eliminating the hassle of parking and maximizing your time on the mountain.

Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding, while summer offers access to golf, hiking, and scenic spots like Buttermilk Falls. Guests can also enjoy the community pool and all that Ludlow has to offer.

After a day on the mountain, unwind in your private hot tub, relax in the sauna, or simply take in the peaceful mountainside setting.

Due to our mountain location, winter road conditions can vary. A 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary during periods of snow and ice.

The fireplace is currently unavailable for use but is scheduled to be upgraded to a new gas fireplace in September.
