"My wife and I stayed with another couple for a week in the "Lower Reef House" condo. It was nicely finished, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Also, it is a very short, easy walk from this ground floor location to the beach and adjacent restaurant which may be important to less mobile guests. "Where do we begin.... We rented the Lower Beach House for the second half of our vacation in Negril. We arrived to be greeted by the best staff......Diane had everything in order and by the time we introduced ourselves and signed in, the bags were already in the house “ Talk about a smooth transition and landing” ! "It was our 2nd time at the Ocean House. We love the location and view is amazing. We only ate dinner out 3 times in 10 days because we enjoyed cooking and you couldn’t beat our view. All the staff were wonderful. We had an 84th birthday party at Breezes for my father-in-law and they made the night so special from a wonderful dinner, bonfire on the beach and live entertainment. I would definitely recommend Beach House Condos and the Ocean House."

"If you’re looking for resort vibe, this ain’t that. This is a low key quiet property with a wonderful staff. Georgia at the bar was my absolute favorite! She definitely wants to ensure you’re enjoying yourself and recalls the ya you like your food and drinks! "The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."
