Cozy Country Living, just outside the city of Lubbock.

Country Living, is a very cozy home to relax in from the road or from work. You can start to relax on the leather couches while watching some TV. Our two large bedrooms come with King beds, with very comfortable mattresses, the night stands come with dimmable lamps and a USB or outlet to charge your phone, tablet or lap top. Our third room has a Double Sleep Number bed for your choosing of sleep, soft to a harder mattress feel. The living room couch turns into a Queen Sleeper bed, if an extra bed is needed. In the kitchen we have all the utensils you need from forks, knives to pots n pans. We have a very spacious property and at night you can see all the stars out in the sky. Across the street from the property you can sometimes see the donkeys, lamas roaming around. Just a little bit of the country living.

We came into town for the tech game. This location was perfectly placed about 15 mins from the stadium, cozy, and very well managed. Next time we come into town we definitely plan on staying again!

Perfect stay for a wedding weekend!

This was the perfect home base for us during our friend's wedding weekend! It was very comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location to feel like we were in the country, but still very close to everything we needed. Juan was a fantastic host as he was always very pleasant and quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing Stay

Me and my family booked this stay for a business trip our host was so attentive to all of our needs it was wonderful. I felt so pleased with how he consistently checked in for our security and maintained open communication not to mention response time was instantly. I definitely recommend to stay here we are from Florida and after driving hours to stay at a comfortable place this definitely made our trip 100% much better

Wonderful Stay!

The stay was a delight! The home is immaculate and welcoming. If you are a farmhouse style lover, this is the place for you, 100%. The home is not far from the city, either. Juan, the host, was a complete joy to converse with and made the process of renting simple and enjoyable. My family and I will definitely VRBO with him again, the next time we are in town.

Very nice inside

Stayed for 3 days while moving our son into his dorm at Tech. Not far from the campus but far enough out of town for peace & quite. Inside the home is beautifully done!! All the comforts of home! Will definitely use again!! The host always was easy to reach and replied quickly with any questions we had.

Excellent Property

We were in town for my nephew's graduation from TTU. This property was perfectly located and was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The property and home are well taken care of and clean. Basics like coffee, snacks and water are left for renters; this was such a nice touch! Juan, the owner, kept in contact and always had quick replies; he was easy to communicate with. We will definitely keep this property in mind, should we ever visit again.

Adorable cozy home in the country!

Awesome stay! I was a little nervous to stay here bc It was a new listing with no reviews. Also, I had never stayed in a mobile home before and was worried about safety. But when we arrived, I was blown away at how nice it was on the inside and how cute it was decorated! We felt very safe the whole time. The home is on a bit of land so it has a very country feel. We took some cute pictures by the cactus and shipping container! We were here for my son’s college graduation. My parents did not have luck finding a hotel room for the busy graduation weekend so they stayed with us as well. There was plenty of room for all of us ( 5 adults, 1 teen, and 1 toddler. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms what more could you need? The owner was very nice and responsive to all of my questions, even provided some restaurant recommendations. He left us bottles of water in the cabinet and there were a jar of snacks. Also, there was a coffee maker and pots and pans for us to make breakfast. The AC is loud, but I don’t mind as I love white noise and my toddler thought it was hilarious to stand on the AC vents. He also loved playing on the Lonestar Rug! The master king beef is firm, the other king bed soft. The queen bed is a sleep number bed but my sister didn’t know how to adjust it. We had a fun time!!!
