"IF Vilamoura", nuestra villa familiar en el corazón del soleado Algarve, Portugal. Si está buscando una casa en una hermosa parte de Vilamoura, a pocos pasos de la playa, las tiendas y el puerto deportivo, no busque más. La ubicación es genial!

Portugal, a saber, el Algarve, es conocido por su abundancia de sol, largas playas de arena dorada, buena comida y gente amable. "IF Vilamoura" es una villa cómoda y típica del Algarve, con amplias zonas comunes, así como una terraza con barbacoa y un tranquilo jardín mediterráneo. Contamos con 8 habitaciones (con baño privado), con techos altos y grandes ventanales.

La villa es increíble para personas activas, familias y grupos grandes, ya que tiene mucho espacio con excelentes instalaciones y una ubicación premium.
La villa cuenta con una gran cocina (100m2), una sala de cine / juegos, una gran barbacoa, 2 canchas de tenis, una mesa de billar (snooker), Dards, una piscina (14x4m) y un campo de golf (con 4 hoyos). , para los amantes del golf. Se ofrecen tumbonas de lujo, sombrillas y muebles de ocio al aire libre 'Rattan' para cenas relajantes o al aire libre. La gran barbacoa tradicional de carbón y gas solo mejorará su experiencia de vacaciones.

Increíble villa insertada en mucho terreno con más de 5000 metros cuadrados, garantizando privacidad, tranquilidad y seguridad. Situado en el centro, WiFi en todo el edificio y un gran espacio al aire libre. La villa tiene vistas a un gran jardín, una gran piscina, dos canchas de tenis y tiene una barbacoa monumental.

We had 13 in our golf party and everyone wants to come back to the same villa next year which is testament in itself. For the last 14 years we have always gone somewhere different for our golf. The villa has ample space with great facilities for your evening entertainment. Pinhal is walking distance & The Old Course a 10 minute transfer. Fully recommend for a party of golfers.

What a brilliant property! Fabio was super helpful in communicating from start to finish and we all loved our time at the villa. I’ve never stayed at a better equipped villa. From the facilities available to the cleanliness and standard of the rooms through to the location to the marina and golf I couldn’t fault a thing. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Fabio!

The whole process was incredible start to finish. Check in was quick and easy, the host was really good at communicating and very fast to reply before and during our stay. The house was beautiful, we were blown away. So much to do and a gorgeous walk or cycle to the beach. Cant recommend highly enough.

Séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison parfaitement équipée. Sur place on trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des vacances avec les enfants : tennis, piscine, ping pong, trampoline….plein de matériel à disposition, raquettes, bouées etc..Beaucoup d’espace, très appréciable lorsque on est nombreux. Lits de qualité. Une belle nature aux environs à visiter.

We recently had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this magnificent 9-bedroom, 8-bathroom house in Vilamoura, Portugal. Our large party, consisting of three families totaling 13 people, was comfortably accommodated, with each family able to enjoy their own space. Fabio was a welcoming host and was always available within minutes for any questions we had. The house itself exudes a tasteful blend of local charm and modern convenience. Each room was meticulously clean and comfortably furnished. The grand living spaces and bedrooms offered comfort and allowed us to casually hangout together as a family. The amenities provided turned our stay into a resort-like experience. The house boasted a well-maintained swimming pool, which was an instant hit with our group. The tennis courts were in excellent condition and provided a great way to burn off some of the indulgences of our holiday. Vilamoura itself is a paradise, with its beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, and the warm, welcoming nature of the locals. The location of the house provided easy access to all the attractions. Overall, our stay was a seamless blend of relaxation, fun, and luxury. This house in Vilamoura exceeded all our expectations and made our vacation a truly unforgettable experience. For any large groups or families seeking a high-end holiday home with a personal touch in the heart of Portugal's beautiful Algarve region, we can't recommend this place highly enough.

The Villa is amazing, the upper floor is like an executive suite, completely separated from the lower floors and provides a fine escape from the large parties that will inevitably stay at this very spacious Villa. We had four generations staying and the Villa was perfect for us all. Fabio, thanks!

We travelled as a group of friends. There were 19 of us (14 adults and 5 children children aged between 10 months and 4 years). Villa is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Some handy info for you: large supermarket for big shop, small taxi ride away if you don’t have car and Fabio left taxi contacts for us, Spar is a 5 min walk away, Vilamoura marina 20/30 min walk away, 2 huge fridge/freezers at Villa, irons & hair dryers at Villa, bathroom, pool/beach towels included, 2/3 bikes available to use, charcoal BBQ & gas hot plate at Villa, pool inflatables & some gym equipment ie weights, resistance bands & TRX ropes available to use, air con in all rooms, tennis rackets/balls to use on courts, basket ball for ring & clubs for putting green at Villa, kitchen very well equipped. It’s definitely worth heating the pool especially if you have children. It’s excellent for children with 1/2 the pool being shallow with steps then leading to the deeper end. Would recommend you take monitors if you have small children going to bed early as the rooms can feel far away from the main living area and garden depending on what room you are in but all feels very safe and secure and rooms have individual locks on them. Finally the host Fabio was unbelievably helpful, booking our transfers, recommending caterers one night (they were excellent & good value), answering all my questions swiftly prior to arrival.

We had the most amazing family break at IF Vilamoura. Fabio was really helpful and informative. The villa is spotlessly clean with lots of separate areas so even thought a large group stayed it was easy to keep everyone entertained.

5 families with kids from age 1 to ten. Absolutely perfect accommodation for us all. Great facilities we all loved the tennis courts and pool including great inflatables. Excellent kitchen and bbq facilities. Clean and modern accommodation. Fabio was a brilliant host and we all loved our stay at the IF villa. We will definitely be back. Many thanks Fabio !!!!

We rented the villa for a mixed group for a work sales incentive trip and it worked perfectly. The villa is very spacious, clean and has lots of activates to do - tennis, swimming, table tennis, relaxing by the pool. playing pool, golf putting green etc. I would recommend this villa highly either for group or a few families, Fabio is also an excellent host and very helpful.

The villa was much more than I had imagined. Fabio was a great host and even came out on Christmas Day to resolve an issue. The location is fantastic and was perfect for our group. It had all the amenities for both kids and adults. We loved staying there. The heated pool was a bonus. Would love to come back again.

There were 19 in our party from 5 families with kids of all ages. Facilities were fantastic and even better than expected. Better in real life than the pictures if that's possible. Fabio, the owner, was great and gave us lots of information when we arrived. So much space to relax and chill out. We are booking again for next year.

The villa was perfect for our family group of 11 people. It was bigger than the pictures suggested and ideal for us with three generations of the family, each on a different floor. The space was perfect and could comfortably accommodate a much larger party. The pool worked well for the adults and children (ages 7-77....) and the tennis courts got used almost every day when it was cool enough to play! Fabio could not have been more helpful- he even replaced one of the dishwashers inside 24 hours when it stopped working.

We spent a week as a family group of twelve in July 2017. The villa exceeded our expectations. It was located in a very safe residential area opposite the Hilton hotel and only a 5 minute taxi drive to the marina. The villa itself was luxurious with loads of space and a superb outdoor area with tennis courts, a putting green and a safe swimming pool for kids. The attention to detail both inside and outside the villa is 5*. We found the bicycles really useful for popping to the local supermarket and Fabio , the owner of the villa was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved it so much we have rebooked it for next year.

We stayed for a week - a party of 20 ladies for a big birthday celebration. Age range was from 22 - 88 years old so you can see this would suit any age group and children alike. Fabio is a wonderful host who popped in regularly to see if there was any problems but likewise would come at any time if any minor problems arose. The villas is well equipped, spotless with a lovely pool. The old village is a 10-15 minute walk away and this is so pretty and well worth a visit. The marina is probably a 20-30 minute walk away with restaurants and bars in abundance. There is a spar supermarket which is a 5 minute walk away which has got most things you could want. There's a lovely bar restaurant called Pirata less than a 10 minute walk and this is a must to visit. Lovely staff and tasty and reasonable food - we went many times. All in all we couldn't fault the villa and hopefully we will definitely be going back!!!
