The security deposit is €250 for up to 28 nights

For stays of 28 nights or more, the security deposit will be equal to the monthly amount of the stay.

The security deposit is charged at the time of check-in via a pre-authorisation by credit or debit card.





There is the possibility of placing a cot in the accommodation, upon prior request and subject to availability. There is an extra charge of €5 per night.

LONG STAY DISCOUNT_for stays of 28 nights or more between November and April, the following special conditions apply:

- Electricity charge paid separately at check-out - amount calculated from a device that collects consumption data during the stay.

- Security deposit of €1,000 to be returned at the end of the stay after checking the flat;

- Water and internet costs included;

- 2 cleanings per month, if you don't agree to this cleaning an inspection will be carried out by the housekeeper to ensure that the flat is in proper condition;
