Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to The Kentucky Derby in 20 minutes, down beautiful Southern PKWY. Plenty of sleeping space for your large group. Four proper bedrooms upstairs: a king room, full over full bunk room, twin over twin bunk room and twin under twin daybed room. On the main floor the office (no door) can have a queen bed set up. In the basement you'll find a king bed in the main living space as well as a small room with a queen bed in it. (2 kings, 2 queens, 2 full, 4 twin)

A bath on the main and second floors will have soap, shampoo and conditioner stocked as well as ample bath linens. Help yourself to condiments and spices in the well stocked kitchen. There is an extra fridge for beverages in the basement.

The backyard has a large deck with picnic table. Traeger grill and egg smoker available and stocked by request.

Offstreet parking for two vehicles plus ample, convenient street parking.
