Nestled in the heart of the Bourbon Trail, our lovely townhouse features two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, perfect for a weekend retreat. The living room is cozy, and the house boasts luxurious tiles and an updated kitchen, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The townhouse is situated on a golf course, right in the center of horse country, and is just minutes away from all that Shelbyville has to offer. With parking for two vehicles, this is the perfect place to call home.

Our townhouse offers the perfect blend of peaceful country living and city amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, the streets are tranquil, and the neighbors are friendly. Positioned conveniently on the green, it's an ideal location for golfers. Shelbyville is also famous for its Saddlebred horses and is situated perfectly between Louisville and Lexington, making it a prime destination for those traveling the Bourbon Trail.

Make sure to explore nearby Shelby County – right in the heart of the Bourbon Trail. There's so much to see and do, including the Bullet Distilling Co., Jeptha Creed Distillery, Whiskey Thief Distillery, Talon Winery, and more.

Lovely and Convenient!

My sister and I were in town for a family wedding and stayed at this lovely townhome in Shelbyville. The unit was super clean, convenient to highways and in a lovely historic town with nice shops and great restaurants! We were really comfortable here. The home has ample space and is in a quiet neighborhood.

Good place to stay

Comfortable place to stay with toddler and baby to visit relatives. Very appreciative of the laundry machines and supplies, though the load sizes were quite small and the dryer didn’t work very well. Also appreciated the generous supply of towels, toilet paper, and shampoo, and the fact we did not have to do all the chores on the way out!
