We kindly ask that you treat the home as your own, and guests are responsible for any damages or loss, which should be reported immediately.

▻ Early Check-In – We’ll do our best to accommodate! Same-day requests depend on our cleaning team, and for future stays, the only guaranteed option is booking the prior night (if available).
▻ Luggage Drop – We’re happy to allow luggage drop with prior host approval.
▻ Late Check-Out – Let us know by the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate until 12 PM. To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Please note, unapproved late check-outs may incur a $50/hour fee, and check-outs at 12 PM or later will be considered an extra night’s stay.
▻ Package Delivery – We cannot guarantee safe or timely receipt of packages sent to the home. For reliability, we recommend using a local pick-up location or requesting doorstep delivery if sending items here.

▻ Third-Party Bookings - We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else.
▻ Mail Back Service - If you forget something, we can mail it back for a $50 fee (as long as it’s not an oversized item)
▻ Cancellation - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Any cancellations after this window will be charged according to the number of nights stayed.
▻ We have one security camera above the front door, overlooking the main entrance, another camera above the back door, overlooking the backyard. Another camera is above the door on the second floor in the backyard, overlooking the entrance.

Cute Getaway

Stayed the night in Louisville for the racing Louisville soccer game. The house was perfect for the amount of people we had and made a great hangout spot during the rain. Backyard was very nice. I wish we could’ve enjoyed it on a drier weekend but still pretty.

Historic Home

We had a group of 8. The beds slept well and there was plenty of hot water for showers. We enjoyed the ease of location to downtown Louisville and lical restaurants.
