Night 1 - no coat hangers in room, also no towels, soap, key for safe, No coffee available unless one had breakfast, lunch or dinner. If no guests were eating there that day, then no coffee was available at all.

Very bad service for an expensive resort ,not enough personnel long lines on all bars , very low quality food , not internal transportation for a large resort full of slopes and stairs.

The staff by the pool were not friendly they did not maintain the tiles nor the trash that people would leave behind would not come and check on you at all
