Det larmede og støve fra arbejder lige ud for terrassen så der burde være kompenseret for tillægspris for havudsigt og terrasse - terrassen kunne ikke bruges - personalet mente ikke at det kom dem ved og det var tydeligt at de ikke havde bemyndigelse til noget
