building. For liability purposes, we consider our guests simply as
guests. This is because short term rental has a stigma attached due to bad experiences with guests over the years having parties, noise complaints, bothering people etc. This is to ensure the Residents and employees will not be bothered. This is a small price to pay however for the quality of building, location and amenities or PRICE point you will be getting
First of all, you will have a great time. Second, you HAVE TO read all the rules and instructions.
All Check ins after 11pm which is the cut off time, is subject to a $50 late check in fee.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Please Note: Check in will be a key handoff. Someone will meet you at the property to give you the keys so you can check yourself in. Please schedule your check in time accordingly and please be on time. Late arrival fee (which is paid to the runner, the person who gives you to the keys) may occur for extreme tardiness.
Same day bookings, please allow 2-3 hours of advanced notice prior to check in.
Matching ID is required for check in.

ATTENTION: please know that building owners and building managers or agents have the rights to enter and perform mandatory services or inspect the property with proper notice being given. Ex Like annual safety inspections for fire alarms and or sprinkler inspections etc. The same goes for emergency situations that requires immediate attention. We don't have the authority to tell them NO if it is something necessary

vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc.
CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay.
NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days.
Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes.

KEEP the balcony doors closed to prevent mites/bugs from entering
Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage.
Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning.
PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF OUR BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS THAT BECOME EMPTY.
Example: MULTI PURPOSE CLEANER, VINEGAR, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, HAND AND DISH SOAP, BODY WASH, SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER etc.
